GREENGUARD Gold certified and assembled in Arizona, the premium Birch natural mattress by Helix is expertly designed for a medium-firm feel that's perfect for side sleepers, as well as back and stomach sleepers. Made with a breathable organic cotton cover as the top layer, hygroscopic organic wool and 100% organic, GOLS-certified latex layers increase airflow and keep you cool for a good night's sleep. Hundreds of individually wrapped coils help cradle the body while minimizing any motion felt across the mattress and preventing that falling-off feeling. Made of steel, the coils provide a durability that extends the lifetime and performance of the mattress.
