Who Are We? About CB2 Chicago

Located in the heart of a thriving northside retail area, CB2 Lincoln Park is a one-stop shop for all things home. Boasting an easy-to-navigate categorical setup, this single-floor store features public restrooms, attractive and engaging window displays, and an extra-large storeroom with lots of onsite furniture.

Our city-minded customer base is as diverse as the city of Chicago, spanning all age groups and lifestyles. From college students in dorms and shared apartments to established couples and families renovating or expanding their homes, all are excited by our modern furniture designs and laidback, one-of-a-kind retail style. Guest favorites include Dylan dining tables, Tandom sleeper sofas, Vapor acrylic chairs and barstools, and Peekaboo acrylic occasional tables.

Every associate in the store carries an iPad and can check guests out right there on the floor. We’ll use the latest technology to efficiently help you find and, if need be, order the sculptures, art prints, modern lighting and whatever other products you need. We also have iPads available to couples making gift registries in-store.

Where Are We? CB2 Chicago Location & Parking

Located on North Ave. between major intersections at Clybourn and Halsted, CB2 Chicago is directly across from the bustling North/Clybourn Red Line station. Our store is only a mile from historic Lake Shore Drive, a major thoroughfare that runs up and down the North side of the city along the scenic Lake Michigan shoreline. Take LSD four and a half miles South to reach downtown Chicago, Michigan Avenue and Grant Park.

After visiting our Lincoln Park store, you can hit the Starbucks across the street for a latte and enjoy the weather in the seated plaza between the cafe and the Apple Store. Related stores such as Crate and Barrel, Design Within Reach, Sur La Table, and Eddie Bauer are also within walking distance of us, making our little district a must-visit area for all things design and decor. Looking for entertainment? Check out a play at the renowned Steppenwolf Theatre or catch some rays at North Avenue Beach, a walkable mile and a half from CB2. You can refuel with modern Mexican fare at Uncle Julio’s or American sports bar classics at Yard House. For a true taste of Chicago, stop by our neighborhood Pequod’s Pizza or Burger Bar Chicago.

Guests who arrive by car should use the free parking lot outside of our strip mall. Arriving via public transit? We’re right across the street from the Red Line El North/Clybourn stop. Alternatively, exit the 8 Halsted bus at North/Halsted or the 72 North bus at North/Clybourn.

Picking up an online order in-store? Visit the front counter for small items, such as accessories, pillows and glassware. Use the back door for large item pick-up, including furniture, rugs, large prints and wall shelves. Find the back of the building in the alley off Halsted.

We care about the individual design needs and aesthetic aspirations of the Chicago community; therefore, we offer guests the opportunity to work directly with trained designers for free to design a room or create custom furniture. With our free interior design services offered in-store and in-home, guests can choose one-of-a-kind combinations of frames, fabrics and leg finishes to create sofas, chairs and headboards that fit perfectly within their spaces. Your design assistant can also help you craft the rest of your room.
