CUSTOMER RATINGS AND REVIEWS TERMS OF USE

We love when customers take the time to write honest product reviews. Please keep a few things in mind before writing and submitting your review. Reviews may be rejected if they violate these terms.

By submitting a review, you agree that:

  • The content of the review is accurate;
  • You own or have a right to include any intellectual property, such as photos or videos, in the post, and that you are not infringing on anyone else’s intellectual property rights;
  • Your review and any related content is not defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, inappropriate, obscene, deceptive, threatening, or harassing, and does not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;
  • You have not been compensated in any way by a third party to write the review;
  • You are at least 13 years old;
  • Your review does not include personally identifiable information, such as an associate’s first and last name or location;
  • Your review does not contain promotional or entirely irrelevant content or spam; and
  • You disclose any material relationship with us, including, but not limited to, the fact that you are a CBH employee, collaborator, or working with us as an influencer.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CB2 (and its officers, directors, agents, parent, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of these Terms, any law, or the rights of a third party.

License & Use

When you share a review with us, we might publish it through our media channels, and there are a few things you should know before you decide to share with us.

For any content that you submit, including your review and any attachments, you grant CB2 a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at CB2’s sole discretion. CB2 reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on its website that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these Terms of Use. CB2 does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings, written comments, and attached images are generally posted within two to four business days, unless they violate these Terms. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the contents of your submission.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that CB2 and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative purposes.
