In Amber Fey's "Mavericks" series, the artist explores the idea of waves as an impermeant shape created by the wind skimming across the water. "As homage to this, I wanted to use negative space to create the illusion of a wave," she explains. Fey captures these characteristics using black ink and a steady hand. CB2 exclusive.
