Low profile seats can balance a room already furnished with lots of big pieces—offset tall sofas, console tables and even floor lamps. If you’re adding a few accent chairs to your living room, make sure to include more than one short style to create a level, inclusive sitting area. We also suggest considering a small ottoman or pouf to accompany the low chair, as they are typically shorter than side tables and can serve a similar purpose. No room in the living room?
