Steen Østergaard
Award-winning Danish industrial designer Steen Østergaard (born 1935) is known for his mastery of
materials, signature organic shapes and highly technical approach. His work, which aims to bring design to a
broader audience, has garnered international critical acclaim and been exhibited everywhere from New York
City to Milan. He continues to practice today from his home outside Aarhus, Denmark.
