Design inspiration can come from anywhere, at any time. With the Sidney Tray, Mermelada Estudio found a muse in something quite common: pizza. However, when made from solid cast aluminum with a pitted platinum finish, the traditional shape becomes a covetable object—an elevation of the everyday.
