Credenza Turned Coffee Bar

How Bri Emery of DesignLoveFest brewed up a new purpose for our media console in her office.

Design bloggers inspire us just as much as we inspire them, and Bri Emery is no exception. We’ve long admired the cool stylings she brings to her lifestyle blog DesignLoveFest, so we were honored to partner with her on a pair of easy-to-replicate design projects. Up first, transforming an empty wall in her team’s office into a coffee bar brimming with inspiration. Here, she explains why she loves our suspend media console and why it makes the perfect perch for coffee.

“We were looking for a couple of pieces to finish our studio space that were both functional for storage and also beautifully designed. We came across the suspended media console and fell in love with the simple design and the marble top. We were worried that the height might be too low to use as a credenza and visually anchor the back wall of our studio, but it fit perfectly. So we created a gallery wall above the console and then used the top area as our coffee bar and we love how it turned out.”

“The subtle wood design of the doors and the amount of storage the console offers really sealed the deal for us and made it the perfect piece to finish the back living area of my studio. And, if we ever need to move offices, this piece will easily transition into a variety of spaces and aesthetics.”
