Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware I was expecting a quality product at this price, but when i opened the package, the back was covered in rust (i'm guessing moisture from boat shipping) and one of the arms had grease all over one end. That was annoying, but I cleaned it up. The most frustrating part was when I couldn't get the last screw in on the base. I switched around the screws in case there was in issue there, but none of them were going in. It went back into the package to return to CB2

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not up to standards I had purchased two of these chairs about 2 years ago but this one is not up to the same design or construction standards of the previous model. Not as tall, arm rests are narrow and not as well made, front of seat is now flat and doesn't roll over in the front. Same price; fewer features!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprisingly comfortable! Bought this for my desk and love it. The material is stretchy enough to support your body weight without any awkwardness. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit high, so I had to lift my desk higher to accommodate the height of the arm rests. Otherwise I get a ton of compliments on it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT USE THIS CHAIR WITH THE CARBON CART DESK! This chair is awful. We purchased the previous version of this chair and it was awesome. The new design of the chair doesn't work with any desks. The arms prevent you from moving the chair close to a desk. Couple this awesome design flaw with an extremely deep base equals "the most avoided chair at our office".It's plagued. I would send the thing back if I could.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite chair in the whole house We all love this chair and even fight over who gets to sit in it. Bought it for the office but we keep it in the family room that has tile floors. Comfy, fun. You can roll right to the chips and dip!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dependable office chair Overall I enjoy this as a daily office chair, yet be careful of the back bands - if you use this chair a lot the bands make marks on your back. I put a pillow so I can be fully comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Comfy! We purchased these chairs for a few work stations and I was the lucky one to get the test chair. I LOVE it! It's nice to have something different in the office. It responds to my weight to distribute my bum evenly. There's no cushion to wear out over time — truly a great desk chair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this chair! I suffer from chronic pains, and this chair is the best chair I have ever tried. My butt doesn't hurt after sitting all day in it and by back feels so good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good concept - Poor design. I had the chair for a few month and this morning I replaced with my old chair. The chair came on time and well packaged. Installation was easy and the chair looks sturdy. Functionality is very poor. 1. Cords are too sparse that make it easy to slide in between cords. 2. Hand rails are too high and can not be adjusted, which makes it impossible to fit it under any desk or working table. The hand support cushions and make of cheap foam that broke after the first day. The result: an uncomfortable desk chair, too big and clumsy. Moved it in our guest room for rare use. Still like the concept, and looking for a better designed chair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit under desk. Arms are too high Very comfortable but way too big the arms are poorly designed and do not fit under a very standard height desk even though the chair is as low as it can go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Lower Back Loves This Chair I'm a freelance artist who sits in front of a computer all day for work, and my lower back often aches after a long day at work. It's gotten so bad I've had trouble getting out of bed in the past. This chair really helps prevent that awful lower back pain. I worked at a company that only had these chairs, and at first glance, they looked really uncomfortable, but after two months of working there, I noticed that I had no back pain. Amazing! I decided to get one for myself to use at home. The only minor complaint I have is, if I'm wearing shorts, I will get unsightly lines on the backs of my thighs. But that can be resolved easily with a chair cushion. I like this updated version because they got rid of the hard plastic brackets that lined the sides of the chair, but I do wish they kept the curved corners on the seat back--I'm not a fan of sharp corners. Other than that, the size is exactly the same. This chair also has really, really quiet wheels, which is really nice. This chair is SO much more comfortable and affordable than an Aeron chair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great / Functional / Beautiful, but a little big. I'm a smaller dude, got this to replace my size B Herman Miller Aeron chair as it looks terrible and is bulky (Despite being so ergonomic). This is such a great replacement—it's comfortable, looks great. My only gripes: the chair is too tall (at it's lowest configuration) to fit under the Go Cart Desk that it is pictured with, and it is also very deep—I'm 5'6" and I need a pillow on the back in order to sit all the way back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Comfortable I bought this chair for my office and I love it! It is super comfortable, and the ropes are bouncy so you never get sore sitting too long!! Because of the ropes, it is cooler to sit in also. Bought one for my home office too!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy and comfortable I bought this chair a few months ago. I was in search of a chair that was comfortable with a simple design. The tight rope office chair was a great option at an affordable price. The elastic cording is supportive and comfortable, and the chair frame is sturdy and built well. I am petite, so I added a cushion for a some additional back suport. The lines of the chair are simple and work well for my design aesthetic.
