touch of nature. Chicago-based artist Noël Ashby abstracts geometric swaths of thatch in a 3D field of tactile grey. Often used for shelter on rustic homes, straw-like thatch allows for movement, yet is able to withstand the elements. Inspired by this idea of unexpected strength, Ashby pieced together strips of texture to create a natural pattern "that is both soft and structured, adding its own tactile sway to the walls." Good news for renters: a self-adhesive backing makes this wallpaper removable. Learn about Noël Ashby on our blog.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I used this wallpaper on the risers of my stairs to add a little texture. Sticks well and looks great! Highly recommend for quick projects like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Crafts! I bought this as a non-permanent way to change the color of my bright orange TPS filing cabinet. The paper is very easy to apply, and it's easy to lift the paper and reapply if you make any mistakes. Since there are curves on the filing cabinet I had to do some patch-work, which, given the texture of the paper it was very easy to blend the patches. The paper is thick and the white part is textured. My only teeny tiny complaint is that the product has a slight odor, but it's only bothersome while working with the paper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Huge Disappointment I purchased 3 rolls for our living room wall. It is a large wall in the main part of our house and I'm currently pregnant. I hired wallpaper installers to hang the paper. After completing 2/3 of the wall with 2 rolls we realized that while the pattern matched up the tone of the gray ink did not. We held up the 3rd roll and could easily see that it was a completely different color gray than the 2 on the wall. The rolls were all labeled exactly the same and it was impossible to tell the difference in production date or batch.CB2 customer service was able to help with a refund for the wallpaper but did not help with any reimbursement for the labor of hanging the paper. Given that I've purchased from CB2 in the past and have never had any quality issues I felt comfortable hiring the professional installers to do the work. The wallpaper will need to be removed because the color variance is too distracting and I'm out a good amount of money for the installation that was not reimbursed by CB2. The wall will need to be repainted as the installers noticed that some of the paint was coming off of the wall during repositioning during installation.Overall, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product I received and extremely disappointed with how CB2 handled the refunds. I will not be using their wallpaper again and will likely not recommend the company or their products to friends and family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from easy and really moveable! I’m fairly experienced with wallpaper and decorating, but was skeptical about something that’s self-adhesive, which I didn’t even know was a thing before. But I love the pattern and figured I’d try it. I’m really glad I did!It was the easiest wallpaper I’ve ever put up. You do need to be careful - it’s sort of like cling wrap after you pull off the backing, static-y and might cling to itself. The toughest part was matching the pattern on one of the pieces, but the rest matched up perfectly.Lost a star because after you put this up on the wall, it seems to “shrink” a bit and left some visible gaps between the sheets on the wall. Fortunately, you *really can* remove and re-place the wallpaper. I haven’t had any trouble with peeling edges or having it fall away from the wall. Just remember to slightly overlap the edges when you put this up and it should be ok.It really looks great on the walls!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Subtle texture adds modern flare as accent wall I love the subtle design of this wall paper. I used this as an accent wall in my living room and have gotten a lot of positive comments about it.
