Customize it!
I was lamenting the lack of smaller placemats that would fit our kitchen bar until I found these. At this price point, I took a gamble & bought several. I trimmed an inch off each mat (PVC mat'l won't fray), and now they fit beautifully! The carbon color also complements our black & chrome kitchen nicely. Bonus: they clean up easily w/ a damp cloth.

Completely satisfied
These placemats are a wonderful item to place under any shape plates. I bought the black and white ones to accentuate my colorful plates which are round and square with rounded edges.

Unique place setting
I am always on the hunt for a collaboration between urban and traditional. These placemats are terriffic. They are too small to hold plates, utensils and glasses. however, they demad that you are more creative with your table layout. They are easy to wash and store.

Practical and nice looking
These placemats are great for casual dining and outdoor dining. The black are even nice for evening, cocktail dining. Durable and easy to clean. The square design gives them a clean and modern look. Would like to see more colors!

Great Affordable Product
I bought 4 of these placemats at the CB2 store and they are well made, durable, and very affordable. I love that they are square instead of the normal rectangular placemats.

Great color!
Perfect for a round glass dining table. We loved the color so much that we painted our wall the same shade. Our plates look great on the placemats and they wipe clean with ease.

Great Placemats for a Modern, Clean look

Very nice
Id been looking for square place mats for ever, to fit my square table and square dishes, these I have in black match almost any place setting, they clean well and are very sturdy. I wish they were just a tad bigger to allow a little more space for silverware and a drink, I use a square coaster in the left corner to place drinks, works well. Very good price!

Beautiful, Easy to Clean
First and foremost, these placemats look great. I got 6 of them in white and I use them with my black dinnerware (the contrast is very nice). Second, they're functional (though I admit, a magazine would be a functional placemat also). Lastly, they are easy to clean, which I really like. Basically, there's nothing not to like here.

Nice everyday placemats
I bought six of the orange and six of the carbon. These placemats are good for everyday use. The carbon look fantastic on my darjeerling table. As another reviewer said, they are easy to clean. Bon appetit!

Perfect for Octagonal or Round tables!
Regular placemats are just too big to fit my teak octagonal table that sits on my balcony. The corners flop over the edges. But these cute and practical placemats fit perfectly! And napkins, folded diagonally and placed between the placemats makes a nice unusual tabletop. I bought them in yellow and orange and they tie in perfectly with my other items.

Look great, easy to clean.
I bought the green place mats when they were still available. They look great on my kitchen table. We have a young child as well as nephews that visit often...these place mats wipe right up, no matter how messy the kids get! I love them!

great modern placemat
if i used placemats all the time i would order these in every color. i have the grey ones and they are wonderful. modern size. great texture. looks awesome with all of my cb2 white dinnerware.

cute! love the colors!
bought these placemats in green and orange. easy to clean. waterproof. good quality. just wished they were woven closely and tightly together. still happy with my purchase :)

Great value
These are priced well and look great. Since they're square, there isn't a lot of room for napkins or silverware on either side of the plate, but that also leaves more table room if you're squeezing in a lot of people at the table.
