Cool lamps!
These lamps are simple with clean lines. Love them. I'm glad I read the reviews because I would have never known the bottom was open. My only issue was the overwhelming amount of packaging that came with them. Ugh.

Great looking lamp
I bought two of these, and they were well-packaged and gorgeous. One of the lamps was missing its finial but CB2 sent me another one right away without a hassle so kudos to them on their awesome customer service.

Pretty nice lamp for the price
Lamp came packaged well, and with a CFL which was appreciated, but I can't stand the quality of light they give off, so I swapped it for an incandescent.
As some other reviewers said, the lamp shade did not line up well with the base - I fiddled with it for quite some time and got it to line up pretty decently, though it's not perfect. I love the modern look of the lamp, the glass base is very pretty and the shade of good quality. I would recommend the lamp, just be aware that you might have to fiddle with the setup to get the shade to line up to your satisfaction with the base of the lamp.

Favorite Lamp in the house!
My husband and I bought this lamp right after we moved into our first home. We have a lot of mid-century furniture, handed down from my grandparents, and this lamp was the perfect modern touch for our mid-century atmosphere. it sits on our tiered teak side table, taking up about half of the table. I was worried the base would be too large, but it works out perfect because of the lightness it carries with the base being completely glass. (plus, it keeps us from gathering things on that table and cluttering up our living room!) I would say, if this caught your eye and you are now reading reviews.. do it. take the plunge... this table lamp is fun, modern, whimsical... and perfect for anything from a modern kids room to a mid-century inspired living space.

Great lamp with one surprise
This lamp looks very much like the picture. I have a large loft with quite a few CB2 products so I know that it's sometimes difficult to base a purchase on a picture. The surprise with this item is that there isn't a bottom to the glass base. it's like an upside down bowl. I guess it doesn't matter when on a table but I think it's noteworthy. My other comment is that the lamp shade isn't exactly centered over the base. This lamp landed in my guest room and overall I'm happy with the product.

red line table lamp - clean and simple
I bought the red line lamp and really like it. I'm thinking about purchasing a 2nd one. Very well packed and arrived intact. I thought the bottom was sealed, but it's not. Not sure if that matters to anyone. The red cord appeals more to me than the green. Thanks~

A couple of drawbacks
I have this lamp with the red cord and it looks great in my craft room. It gives a lot of light. The only 2 issues I have with it are the following: 1) I suspect the fabric on the lamp shade will get dirty over time and loose its "whiteness"; 2) the cord is relatively short...so I had to add an extension cord which does not complement the look

Mod Green Line Table Lamp
Great little lamp. Love the color and design. Throws off plenty of light. I purchased this lamp to go with the metal bed table I recently ordered. They work really well together like the photo shows! Great quality for the price. I recommend this lamp
