Huge!!
I have a very small apartment (600 sq ft), and yes I knew this couch was large (I am returning it). The thing is, it LOOKS huge in a small room. It's comfy if you want to lie down or lean way back, however, I think it would be much better for a video game room or an actual movie room. Also, if you have a lot of stay over guests get this sofa and your friends will be happy. Perhaps, you are a single guy on a budget, who plays video games, watches movies, and has a lot of friends who drink too much and need a place to crash for the night, get this couch! Sorry to say it's not what I needed for my small space.

Perfect Sofa to lay out on
Got this Sofa about 6 months ago and still love it. The single cushion and deep area seating makes it perfect couch to lay out on. You definitely will want to buy pillows to fill in the sofa which allows you to add color and character to the couch. One con is the sofa does attract dog hair, but a quick go-over with a lint-roller clears it right up.

Great Sofa Purchase
I bought this sofa, and the best and slightly bad thing about it, is how deep it is.
So deep that you need a few big pillows for the back, but if you have guests over, it's deeper than a twin bed.
It's a very comfortable sofa, I sit cross legged on it. But again, you'll need some big pillows for the back, if you want your feet to touch the ground.
Overall, it was a great purchase, and I'm VERY happy about it.

I like it...
Great size and shape. I really like the depth. As others have mentioned, it does show some wear, and it does feel less expensive then the 1100 price tag. With the right pillows it is a great couch, but certainly not a bargain.

Comfortable but not pretty
I have had this couch a few months and while it is very comfortable the steel grey is not aging well. Also beware that you cannot wash it with water based products.

I love this sofa!
This has to be the most comfortable sofa I've owned. The seat is really deep so it's made for lounging. As I have a one bedroom apartment I've also had to use it for friends to sleep on and it's proven to be a hit. Because it's so long even my taller friends have had no problems sleeping on it, I think anyone 5ft 10 and under could lie flat comfortably. The only slight negative is that it picks up marks pretty easily but you can use a vacuum or a slightly damp cloth to easily remove the marks.

Deep seat but shows wear
Bought this for our family room after reading the reviews. As other reviews mentioned, it is deep with lots of room and a low profile. Perfect for movie nights. It is comfortable but the cushion is not well made. I wish the cushion's fabric cover is pulled tighter or the cushion was made with thicker batting or foam so it will hold the clean, crisp line better. We've had the sofa for about 3 months now. I turn the cushion every couple of weeks but there are lots of wrinkles and some fabric pooling on the cushion already and the edge lines are starting to lose its boxy shape.

cushion looks worn instantly
Cushion fabric is not pulled tightly enough or filling is just not adequate. The sofa wrinkles on first impact and therefore looks cheaply made. Not at all worth the $1100 paid. Great size but needs a LOT of pillows, which should have been included with the sofa.

Love Love Love
So I had been stalking this couch online for ages and when I moved I decided to buy it. Of course for months I had known I was getting the steel color and then Pool became an option. At first I was a bit scared. I called CB2 and they shipped me out both swatches overnight via FedEx even before I ordered. I took the swatch and it is a gorgeous bright blue color. Now granted my color scheme in my apt is bright greens, reds, blues. It is a deep couch and very comfortable but you do need some throw pills to make it comfortable. It doesn't have a high back and as the description says it is a couch for lounging not for formal sitting. It is also great to sleep on and can easily sleep one adult comfortably. On another note my Siamese loves this couch!
I forgot to mention the delivery guys were great, they showed up on time, very friendly introduced themselves, placed the couch where I asked them, removed all the packing inspected the couch with me for any issues and were out the door.

Looks good at first but loosing it's shape
When I first got this couch it looked great and fitted the budget .. however 6 months later its seams to be sagging in the middle and the cushions have compressed. I'm not over weight so i'm surprised that it degraded so fast and my wife is telling me we need a new one rrrrrr ... If you spend a lot of time chilling in front of the TV get something more sturdy that will last a few years.. I should have listened to to the voice in my head saying ...buy cheap Buy twice .

Great sofa!
This is really a large sofa and great for curling up in the corner, which is what I like to do. The style is low and modern, which perfectly suits my taste. I was a little paranoid at first about it getting stained, and I immediately went out and bought a jug of distilled water, but so far so good. The fabric seems really high quality, and I'm starting to relax. I'm very pleased with my choice. Delivery did not go as smoothly as I was told to anticipate, but when I informed CB2, they more than made up for it. Best customer service in the business.

Wonderful Couch, Wonderful Experience!
The couch is super comfy and I've never fit a couch so perfectly (I'm 6'1"). My wife and kids love it too. The color is more of a 'cool charcoal' (as opposed to warm) which was perfect for us and is very modern. You will need a lint roller handy to clean it every few days, but since it has a one-piece cushion, it doesn't collect near the amount of junk that all of our other couches did. ALSO, there was a bit of a fiasco with the shipper, but CB2 went FAR AND ABOVE the call of duty to rectify the situation and turned what could have been an unfortunate situation into a very fulfilling and satisfying experience. Thumbs up!

Excellent, comfortable, large sofa
this is an excellent sofa. It has a low height profile, but is quite large. Throw pillows are definitely needed, if you plan to actually sit on it properly.
For lounging, I don't think it can get any better than this sofa. Easily fits two people lying down, or hanging out in whatever position's comfortable.
It also does a great job of doubling as a sleeper without the need to convert anything. Just throw a blanket and a pillow on it, ta-daa, you have a bed.

Cozy, Firm & Dreamy
I picked this steel sofa up in early June 2011 and I have been very pleased with it. The sofa is being used in a basement home theatre room which I use for watching films and videogame sessions with friends and my dog. The material is a deep gray cotton with a miniture waffle appearance. The sofa is deep and it is likely that you will need a few pillows placed at the back. I added a few blue pillows myself and I am 6' 1" and my legs fall right at the edge when seated. The sofa is also cool if you like to sit with legs crossed (indian style) and snuggle into a corner without a pillow behind you. I generally spend my evenings on this sofa with my Boston Terrier, Zeus watching Star Trek. I believe he also loves the couch too as he waits at the basement door in the kitchen when I get home in anticipation of spending the entire evening upside down on his back and snoring away. The sofa is fine regarding dog hair and it only takes a second to lighly brush it off once a week. I also flip the seat cushion every week but I have had no problems with it (I weigh 260 which is why I flip the cushion in case I might over stress the seat cushion). I also mangaed to sneak 3-4 short naps on the sofa in the past few weeks. It is extremely comfortable for a nap and it is perfect for my height.
Overall, the sofa is easy to care for, relaxing to use, a dream to nap on, and well worth purchasing.

Awesome Couch
This is a great couch, so comfy and soft. Doesn't need to be broken in. Great as a bed for a friend to sleep over on. Great looking as well.

Deep and comfortable
Will require some pillows for back support when sitting with your feet on the floor but very comfortable and deep enough for curling up. Very well constructed and tailored.

Contemporary Styling at a Decent Price.
First, the sofa looks outstanding. The color to my eyes has a charcoal look to it, that looks equal parts dark grey to almost black. It's a deep sofa, so unless you have really long legs, if you're planning on sitting on this thing with your back supported, you'll need large, plush pillows. The fabric itself appears to be a lint magnet, which could be a pain down the road, but assume a good lint roller should get the job done. Overall, good looking sofa, comfortable to sit on (though I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability), and at a price in line with what you would expect from a quality manufacturer.

comfort and versatility
This sofa is a dream to sit on or stretch out and watch a dvd. It needs pillows, however if you want a little less of a loungey feel. But the pillows have allowed us to customize - pile them on for one effect or reduce them to a single one for a sleek minimalist look. We ordered the slipcover which amazingly discourages the cats from using it as a scratching post.
