very cool lamp - terrible on/off switch
We received the signal floor lamp and we absolutely love the look of it and the light it gives off. We have it in our dining room and it gives a cool edgy look to our loft style apartment. The one thing I will say though is that the On/Off step switch is very poorly made. We took the lamp out of the box, put the whole thing together, plugged it in and the switch split open as soon as i set it on the floor. I reported it to CB2 and they sent a replacement out immediately (which I thought was fabulous) but the same exact thing happened with the replacement lamp. We now have the switch taped together. I love the lamp, but this shouldn't happen in my opinion and the switch really needs to be better made. I have several other lamps with the same step on switch and they never broke.

nice stuff
great lamp for the right space. I received one yesterday for a loft and it is at home there. Well-packaged and shipped quickly. I assembled it over a lunch hour - took one-half hour. No tools needed.
I'm very happy with this lamp.

Great lighting
I love this lamp. I purchased it for use in my media room and it's perfect.
I bought it along with CB2's movie pool sofa and it's a great fit for the theme in that room!
It's lights the room up great as well.
It took me just a few minutes to assemble! I also like the switch that you simply step on to turn the lamp on or off.

Birthday Gift!!
I love the lamp!! It was a gift and one of the best gifts I've ever received. The lamp provides a decent amount of light and looks very stylish in my living room. Although the base looks thin, it is still sturdy. Excellent lighting option!!

Great lamp! Very bright though
I bought this lamp a few months ago and love it. It has a great modern, fun look and people comment on it all the time.
One piece of advice is that the bulbs it comes with are very bright so in a small/medium room you almost need to point it at the wall. Unless your room is large, you probably want to replace the bulbs with something softer so you can point it into the room.

Perfect except...
Love this lamp. Exactly what I was looking for in our home office. The first one received had a broken switch when we took it out of the box. CB2 replaced it without a problem. We hadn't had the second one for more than a week when the switch broke again. Guess we'll just glue it. Really dissapointed in the quality of that feature.

I have seen the light.
Great light, sturdy base. I have three young children and needed a lamp that pleased me aesthetically but they wouldn't easily tip over. This lamp does it!
Note: this lamp is a powerhouse, so I direct it at a wall. (Would be a great spotlight for artwork.) You don't want to blind yourself or others!

Light up your life
My husband and I saw this in the store—dreamed about it for three months—then finally, ordered it as soon as we moved into our new apartment. It's stunning and accents the room perfectly. We love it.

Signal Floor Lamp
I own a large collection of lamps with all types of bulbs. I love mixing the different types of bulbs. This lamp is unusual in that it's not super tall, it allows you to swap out the the CFI's which are the best I have ever used. A very warm color.
The only modification I made is I moved the floor switch to the top of the base. I use it as a 'task' lamp. It exceeded my expectations. It's very retro and reminds me of the 1930's Mercedes Benz that looks like the 'Batmobile'. Great floor lamp.

Lamp Is Good!
I love this lamp. It looks amazing in my condo. The amount of light is awesome. My only issue is that the switch to turn it on is not the best quality as mine fell apart after 3 days of use. Very disappointing for a $300 lamp. Hopefully CB2 can improve the quality of the switch for future iterations.

Great design, shoddy craftsmanship
Design of the lamp is great, however shoddy craftsmanship makes the item feel cheap.
The finish is unevenly applied; grainy and not glossy in some sections. The bracket holding the three sockets is welded to the inner ring hastily. The weld points are highly uneven across the three points where it attaches, resulting in a crooked socket assembly.

I love lamp!
Easy to assemble, authentically gorgeous and looks great in our movie room. Very bright, so beware if you want mood lighting! An overall great purchase!

I love this lamp. I fell in love with it when I saw it in architectural digest (where I can usually not afford anything shown). It gives off amazing light and is a beautiful addition to my living room!

great lamp
This is a very cool lamp and very well made. It is a bit shorter than I expected, but produces a very warm light (color-not heat). The diffusion glass is really great. Assembles very easily and comes very well packaged. It does NOT have a dim feature on it. Not a big deal just an FYI

Nice lamp.
This is a nice lamp. Shorter than I expected. Was easy to put together. Provides good light, but in a single direction, so it may not work in all situations. I have it behind my desk and it works well for that. I doubt I'd put it in a living room, where I want light everywhere, though.

1 of these just wasn't enough
These lamp is just what i was expecting - a unique statement piece for my condo. Top quality and well worth the money. Since I have multiple piece of artwork that i want to spotlight in my living room - i just ordered a second signal floor lamp!!!

Gorgeous floor lamp, very unique and definitely a statement piece. One should probably think beforehand where in the room to have it and where the lights will be pointing as they might be a bit too bright to look at when they are pointed your way. The lamp is very sturdy, though one might wish the cords were metalized. The lamp is not dimmable, the switch only goes on/off.

Love
Love this light! I wish it emitted a bit more light but I think that can be switched with other light bulbs instead of the one included in the package. But It is very unique and looks great in my apartment!
