Awesome Pebble Mat
I purchased 2 of these mats at the same time... One of them has smaller / closer together stones & the other has larger / further apart stones. I have to say I like them both. They definitely get noticed by and complemented on when you have company over. I'm using them as inside door mats for now (they feel great on bare feet) so the bathroom mat idea sounds good too. I waited for a "free shipping" deal to come along before ordering as they are really heavy!

Beautiful Mat
I saw this mat and had to buy it. I thought the stones might be too "high" and there might be a tripping issue, but it is not the case. It is perfect, beautiful and trendy. I put it at my back door which leads to my patio and it pops and looks beautiful. I highly recommend.

Overpriced and Fake
Pebbles aren't close as it appear on online. When I got this item shipped, Two of the Pebbles fell apart.

Textural greatness!
Love this mat! Used it in a client of mine's home as her bath mat, and had to go get one for myself! It dries fast, unlike regular fabric mats, and it iIslas some weight to it so it doesn't move around any. It is a beautiful texture for a spa like bath. With regards to looks, the rocks have space in between and aren't as close as in the picture.

Awesome
So simple, but such a great way to bring the outdoors in and the indoors out. I've had mine for a while and it is holding up well. Good quality. Wish I could cover the whole porch with them.

my stone mats
I am a stone collector so these mats fit right into my idea of style and aesthetics. They are something I have been searching for since I had seen them at a friend's house who is nuts about stones, too. They look great in my post and beam house that has lots of beautiful wood on the floors and throughout the house.
I love the look of these natural stone mats as well as the feel.

Be aware of mold warning
This mat looks great, but when it arrived we found a warning that said it needed to be in a well ventilated area (ideally outside), or it would grow mold. We bought it for out bathroom so we had to return it. Just be aware of the warning which I don't think is on the product description page.

Horrible quality
I owned the first generation of this pebble mat two years ago. The rocks that was used was so much bigger and the mat itself was very heavy. I just purchase another one over the weekend. CB2 definitely had lower the standard on this mat. Craziest thing is the price was the same two years ago.

Not what I expected
I was excited about this mat. I was disappointed when I received it. The mat is gorgeous but the pebbles are a lot bigger and not as close together. I would return it but it is so heavy it would cost a fortune to return.

Spa-like
Love this mat! It makes my tiny bathroom feel like a spa and it's like a foot massage!! I've already gotten a ton of compliments.

Statement piece in the bathroom
Who would have thought you could have a statement piece in a small apartment bathroom. This mat was a good addition to my bathroom. I have two of these in the bathroom to create a "walkway" of sorts. I think having two is pretty critical, as one appears a bit lonely and unimpressive. But when you line two or more of them up, you kind of create a zen-line catwalk.
I like this mat. But that affection comes with a few caveats: This thing gets dirty! So be sure to vacuum in between the crevices. Which brings up the valid point being made by others. The photo would have you believe that the stones are that closely placed together. They're not. It's the same as seeing a hamburger on a commercial, only to get the real thing, which turns out to be a far cry from the advert. There's a ton of space in between the stones.
It's still a good mat, but certainly not as gorgeous as the website photos would lead you to believe.

Awesome Mat!
This is a great mat for the price. It looks fantastic in a white marble bathroom or can be used as an outdoor mat too. I put it at my door to the pool and I love the look and how it feels. It's very smooth on your feet too.

Looks better in the picture
Pros: good size, weight, reasonable price with free ship
Cons: stones look better in the picture, I had a 2 stones that looked cut to fit into place, so not very natural looking at all.
Overall, I would buy it again if they had a CB2 store close to me so I can pick it out.

Spa Meets Home
I bought this mat because it reminded me of the floors in the shower at my hot yoga studio ~ the smooth stones under my feet after a workout feel amazing!! Stepping out of the shower onto this mat gives me a little indulgence every morning. I'm already trying to figure out where I can put more of these. :) The ONLY downside is that with the weight of the rocks, the mat is a tad malformed - it's not a perfect rectangle - but it's probably only noticeable to me!

pebbly excitement
we LOVE our new doormat. It is great for wiping feet on and not seeing the dirt. Only wish it was bigger. Maybe I'll buy another one to put next to it.

Best bathroom mat!
This mat is one of a kind. Definitely a statement in anyone's home. The rocks pieces are huge, but feel great under my toes after taking a shower. One thing to note... this literally weighs 20 lbs! My only complaint is that the care instructions said to make sure the area is well ventilated if to avoid moisture as it can cause mold... This is being sold as a "bathroom mat", so obviously it will be exposed to moist.
