We cut this rug in half and used half of it at the entry and the other half in a small hallway. Both get a lot of traffic and this rug is not only attractive but very durable. Very happy with our purchase.

letterpress rug
Great style. Looks attractive in my living room. I like it very much. I would have prefered it to be more "rug" and less "mat". I have a retro condo with a 70's parkay floor so it works it terms of decor. Not for people looking for a cozy, warm effect. It's more industrial - loft, office space, outdoor patio. Fortunately, I knew what to expect having read the reviews prior to purchase. Thanks to everyone that took the time to do so!!

For those who love typography
I purchased this rug for my studio. I love that it is a really graphic statement. I was surprised at how thin this rug actually is though. However this turned out to be a good thing because my rolling chair moves easily across it. I would recommend this rug for a work space like an office or studio. The grey colored background also helps to hide dirt.

Cool rug
You can never be quite sure what you're getting from an internet photo, but this rug was everything they promised. I had planned to use it for a hallway, but it looked so good in my home office that it now sits in front of my desk.
It will take a few days to flatten out after being tightly rolled, and a pad is a good idea, but it's a solid, stylish designer piece that transforms the room.
It's a slightly darker grey and the overall effect is a little more muted than the pix suggest, but otherwise it's a very clever piece as long you realise it's a flat mat-like material- this is not the rug for anyone looking for fluffy woollen pile.

Worth the wait
I love this rug!! I saw it first in the catalog and then went into a store to view in person. Yes, it is a thin hard felt like rug and not like a plush shaggy rug, but the benefits rock and the design does too. The material it's made from is an antimicrobial so long term means less funk and you can strait mop up any mishaps because cleaning it short term can be done with warm water and mild soap. I have a tile floor and I can't say enough how great it looks and brings the room together and for me feels great underfoot. For me expensive but worth it. I waited a year before I finally got the rug and I'm so happy I did.

Just OK
Yes, this is definitely in the "mat" category rather than a rug. I'm disappointed for the price, I think you are paying for the design rather than the quality. Its thin... VERY THIN. Its actually more like a piece of hard felt. Looks pretty good in my home office but you can really feel the wood floor through it, going to have to get an extra thick rug pad for this one. I'm a bit sad, I was really looking forward to this purchase. I'd say you get what you pay for but at $299 I expect a bit better quality. Not outstanding quality, but a little better than an oversized piece of felt.

Nice rug
I purchased this rug for my office/guest room and it's a perfect fit. It would also be nice for a family room or covered patio. I agree with other reviewers that the background is a bit darker and the colors are not as vibrant as they may appear on the website, and it is not a soft, cushy rug.

Clean, Modern & Well Priced!
This vibrant rug is eye catching and is definitely the focal point of my family room! The colors really pop!It even withstands abuse from my 1 year old and dog. It looks clean and modern. I do wish it was a little bit more plush/soft and the light grey does show some staining. However, it cleans up well. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Love this RUG!!!!!
A decorator friend recommended this rug for a basement rec room I recently remodeled. It was a bit out of my comfort zone, but I took a risk and ordered it. Great decision! It looks amazing and really adds some interest to a once dull room.

Great looking rug, and functional
I bought this rug for my office. First of all, fast delivery and good packaging, as usual. The rug is very thin and maybe a bit darker than the picture, but the quality and colors are really nice. It is a great rug for high traffic, and all the colors allow you to go crazy with other furniture.

More like a mat than a rug
I would describe this rug as a mat since there is no pile. The design and colors are lovely, but the flat, hard, smooth texture (like cardboard) would make it more appropriate in an entryway or office. Also, I have not been able to smooth the bent end of the mat so it lays flat to the floor since it was rolled so tightly and without a center spool.

great for our needs
we needed a new rug in the living room where my son plays and this fit the bill perfectly! we are very happy with it - it doesn't shed, seems like it will be easily cleaned and is bright and full of stimulation for him!

nice thin rug
as mentioned in other reviews, this rug is darker than shown (light gray is actually medium gray). it is perfect for my office - easy to vacuum and easy to roll chairs on. i bought two rugs and tiled them together to fill up a larger office space.

Great Addition
I was hesitant to purchase this rug because it is so busy...but, it really looks great in our place. We've got in the living room, and it really livens it up. If you're looking for a soft rug, this isn't for you...but, if you're looking for something that can withstand high traffic and is easy to clean - total winner.

Great for family studio area!
I love graphic area rugs, but worry about the inevitable insults my two kids and cats may inflict upon them. Finally, a contemporary graphic rug, in great colors, that can be easily cleaned with a damp mop! Be sure to get a rug pad for a little extra padding if you like to sit on the floor. The background color is a little darker gray than what it looked like in the pictures.

Fantastic Office Rug
The aesthetic of this rug is perfect for an office/study. The colors are fabulous and really tie the entire room together. The pile of this rug is not very thick or plush. That is actually a good thing for me, or if you wanted to use it in a dining room or other high traffic area.

looks awesome under my dining room table
this rug is very stylish and adds a nice touch in my dining room. it is thinner than I thought it would be, but cleans up really well. Even my kids can't trash it. the colors are a bit more muted than the pics make it seem. I really like it though!
