Can't go wrong here!
The 30" bar stools go perfectly with the Vice High Dining Table (looks like it's no longer available online). While I was hesitant to commit to bar stools without full back support, they are extremely comfortable. Easy to clean, light weight, and a nice neutral color (though called charcoal they look a bit more black to me) that goes with any kind of table/bar. Modern, sleek and a great purchase all around!

Great Addition to my Appartment
I bought these chairs to go with the public white high dining table.
They are perfect. Not only are they esthetically pleasing, they are surprisingly comfortable!

Great Addition
After a long search for barstools that would fit our decor, felt sturdy and at a good price we finally found the perfect addition. These barstools were fairly easy to put together and look great at the kitchen counter that opens into the living room. The quality is great and I feel we paid a fair price.

Simple, Comfortable Stools
I bought 3 of these stools in the counter height variety and use them constantly. They're pretty comfortable, considering the simple design, and seem very sturdy and durable. I'm sure they'll last a long while. The color in the photos (at least on my computer screen) looks almost black, but as the name suggests they are really a carbon steel color in person, which is what I wanted.

very disappointed
I was shocked when I unpacked these barstools. The seat looks like cheap fake leather wrapped around cardboard. They are uncomfortable, ugly, and very cheap looking. The pictures on the website make them look much higher quality. The amount of positive reviews here makes me wonder if they down-graded the materials at some point, or if these reviews are somehow fabricated. I am returning them.

Super Comfortable!
Purchased four of these 30'' barstools for use with the Vice High Dining Table and couldn't be happier with combination. These stools are extremely comfortable and perfect for dining, drinks or just a game of cards. Love the long, wide seat and the "just high enough" back for relaxing. HIGHLY recommended.

Love these
I just bought - and am renovating - a house. I have been on a purchasing spree! I love these barstools. LOVE. They were a snap to put together, feel really sturdy, look amazing and are shockingly comfortable. I have never felt comfortable sitting in a barstool... they always feel really tippy to me. Not these. I love the look too... I am doing a sheet metal bar and these will look great with my grey walls, charcoal cabinets, and stainless appliances/accessories. I couldn't be happier with them. I ordered 2 to test - am ordering 2 more today, and will eventually get another 2 to complete my set.

Great stools!
Love these stools! The backs are a little lower than I thought but are extremely functional while comfortable. Quality is awesome...so far!

In general I like this barstool. It's durable and comfortable to sit on, but the quality was not as expected. The small plastic caps for the botom of the legs didn't fit properly. The assambling was very easy, it took not more than 10 min.
I bought it about 5 month ago and so far have no problem with it. I wood recomend it to my friend.

stylish & comfy
These counters stool are stylish, study, comfortable & easy to care for. We use them daily. I'm glad that they are so well made that I don't have to fear that my kid will tip one over getting in or out of them.

Great stools!
We had other stools in carbon color matching our dining chairs. The regenerated leather on the stools was deteriorating and after excessive duct tape doctoring, we needed new stools. These stools are sturdy and durable. Assembly is a piece of cake, too! We're getting used to the lower backs but this is a great investment so far.

Just buy them - stop looking
Simple, buy the Phoenix Carbon line. You will not regret. Put together in 3 minutes and they are solid, stylish, and comfortable.

Great stools!
The leather seat is comfortable and the lower bars on the leg give me a place to rest my legs. I sit on this chair daily for hours at a time and find it to be perfectly comfortable.

Great find!
Looked all over for chairs to slide under the bar/island, these fit!! Love the look, very comfortable to sit in and clean up well. They are not a true black but a dark gray. Good price as well.

Fantastic well priced barstool
We have 3 of these for our kitchen bar and love them. I often sit on the stool for 4 hours on conference calls/working and they are pretty comfortable. They are also really easy to clean. They have a seem very well made and have a great weight to them and don't feel like a cheap piece of furniture.

Great Purchase
We bought the 30" bar stools in addition to the Vice Dining Table and Flint Bar stools and love the entire set. They are extremely comfortable, we dine here everyday and there hasn't been a complaint. We get a lot of compliments from guests, especially about how comfortable and sleek it looks in our small apartment. Affordable and modern, couldn't be happier.

best price best look
There is absolutely no better option for price, look and quality in stools. i have researched them to death and found that for price and durability and most importantly it's clean sleek look is by far the best one I have seen. comfortable, durable but still looks like I went above and beyond.....

Great chair!
Have looked at these for months and finally decided to purchase -- so happy!! Agree with others that they wish the back was a bit taller but only because the old chairs were high backs. Great addition to the room.

My seach ended here
For several weeks I looked online for stylish, affordable barstools and finally settled on these. I'm glad I did. They were a breeze to assemble and they look great. Sleek, simple design and quite comfortable. Just note that if you're looking for full seated support, you may want to buy barstools with a higher back than these.

Actually comfortable
I sat in these in the store for a few minutes and they were more comfortable than they looked. After using them with the vice high table as my dining room table for the past couple weeks, I'm impressed how comfortable they are even for 30-60 minutes at a time.
