Nice look but poor quality
Looks nice but is made of poor quality concrete. The table was delivered with one chipped corner and I found that my lightweight dyson chipped 2 of the other corners. The corners that chipped off crumbled in my fingers, which is not indicative of quality concrete. That said, the design is fantastic and the table is easily polished with car wax. The color is much darker than the pictures online but I like that better (wish I would've known since I paired it with a dark rug). There are some weird embedded dot-like discolorations in my table which look like stains. Overall, I expected better quality from cb2. Maybe I got a dud?

Element Coffee Table
Looks great, not the easiest to assemble....mine had a slight deformity on one corner but for me it added charm and made it look NOT brand new. MUST be sealed with Miricle 511 product to preserve the finish otherwise will get all stained up. Similar to most of my CB2 esperiences, the product looks great but at their Price point the quality is just OK.

Great look
Bought two tables to go between two long, low level sofas which face each other. They work really well. There is a lot of wood elsewhere in the room and we didn't want to add yet another wood. These tables are the perfect answer. I was worried about the other reviewers' comments on staining so immediately put 2 coats of natural stone sealant on them. Seems to have done the job. I'm planning on resealing them every 6 months to keep up the resistance.

great design
This a fun and unique looking coffee table. I purchased two to place side-by-side between a 90" dark grey velvet sofa and a shale fireplace. The color is excellent with the decor. They were easy to assemble, no problems with the screws. I haven't sealed them yet but plan to do so based upon other reviewers' recommendations.

Coffee table
Incredibly easy assembly -- takes about 2 minutes. The piece looks and feels great. Plenty of room for table books or magazine and small art pieces. Highly recommend. Looks great with the gray couch I bought at cb2.

Love it!
Honestly - difficult to put together for me (a small, not very handy, female) and a friend (large, handy, male). It is constructed now and sturdy, but the screws definitely did not fit and it was quite a frustrating process.
That being said....I love this table and would recommend to anyone who likes the look! Exactly what I needed to pull the room together.
Based on other reviewers suggestions, I did put a sealant on the table before using and have had no issues with staining so far (4 months) but I have been very careful to use coasters.

Beautiful Table
Pleased with my purchase. Beautiful coffee table. The material is pourous so I sealed it with a natural stone sealer. The sealant did not change the color at all. The table shows scracthes easily, so I have to be gentle. Did not have a problem with the screws, my tabletop is secure. All in all, I would recommend this table.

Really cool!
Awesome table. I use it as a coffee table in my living room and it gives the entire room a cool, urban feel. Be sure to use coasters though!

I have liked this table for a few years now but wanted to wait until I bought my place. Well it's finally here and I am so glad that it's still on the market. I think it's the perfect juxtaposition for masculine/feminine design.

Perfect!
We have an industrial looking office and this table is a perfect fit! It is low to the ground so make sure you look at the measurements first. We have ours paired with two small leather chairs in the lobby and it looks fantastic!

Great table!
Love this table! I get the most compliments on it. Great value for what you get. It is really heavy though! I had to call in back up to help me put it together (which was really easy to do once I got someone to help me lift it).

Love this table
Purchased this table for our family room. It was just the look we were going for. Straight lined elegance. Packaging was great. Assembly was easy. We have gotten tons of compliments on this table. Highly recommend.

Probably my favorite piece
It's hard to choose between my dining table and this coffee table, but I think I ultimately love the Element coffee table more than anything else I bought when furnishing my apartment.
I really wanted something different that made a statement in the room. What better way than with a concrete coffee table? Some people thought I was crazy for spending so much on a coffee table, but I can't imagine having anything else. Its minimalist design is right up my alley and its weight makes you feel like you're getting your money's worth.
It's an anchor piece in my living room.I highly recommend this one. If you're on the fence, hop off!

Everything Stains it
There is an issue, that when anything spills on the table it stains, even drips of coffee. The stains turn a darker color and change the finish. There is no way suggested to solve the problem, the best and only fix I see, would be to purchase an additional glass top. It should be included in the purchase, as it is a necessity.

Hardware solution
Guys, I was also frustrated with the "loose top" issue and found that wingnuts with self-locking washers proved to be the best solution. Just use these to replace the hexnuts for the underside of the table. CB2 really needs to address this issue because the top was extremely wobbly. Can someone provide the name of a proven product to help seal the stone to prevent damage to the finish. I want to do this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Cool and unique table
We had been looking for a table that was not your typical coffee table and we were totally jazzed when we saw this. Love the look of the concrete. Easily assembled (yes, the screws are a bit short as noted in other reviews-- perhaps CB2 could remedy this situation???) and I did seal it with a stone polish as recommended which only took a couple of minutes. Shipping is quick (within 2 weeks) and customer service was excellent.

very cool!
I love this coffee table! I placed it on our new porch and it looks great. I can see it fitting in nicely in many different settings. It is heavy, substantial and a mix of gray and brown - looks just like concrete. I have not yet used a finish on it as others have recommended, but may try that.
