Nice Aesthetic!
This is the second time I purchased these planters. The look is modern yet industrial and fits well with any decor. Be careful though, they are thin metal and very light and tend to blow over. Adding about 4 or 5 bricks inside at the bottom keeps them in place. Use caution in moving them or in their placement as they can dent rather easily. Also consider drilling a few holes in the bottom and in the insert to let water flow through.

Very Nice!
I have both sizes of the Oscar planters. They are great with our decor. It is windy where we live and the loaded planters are a little top heavy. Placing them next to a railing or something fixed helps protect them from toppling over. It would be very helpful if there was some kind of drain hole in the outside piece. They take on water during a rain and it is almost impossible to drain them because of the collar coming down inside the top. Being able to keep them dry would increase the life of the metal.

I need a few more!!
I love these planters!! I bought four of them a few years ago & they are all still perfect. I bring them in during winter. One disadvantage - you MUST drill holes in the bottom for drainage - otherwise the bottoms will rust out right away. The removable inserts make planting super easy. I'm ordering a few more for the front of our house.

No rusting issues for me
I've had multiple Oscar planters for three years and have not had an issue with rust. I do bring these in each winter - but that's it for care. The removable insert makes planting easy, and they add a nice rustic touch to my other, more modern square planters. I plan to purchase a couple more.

disappointing performance
Aesthetically pleasing but these will rust out to the tune of you're going to be throwing them away after about 3 seasons. My large one's bottom has fallen off. That said, I leave mine out year-round. Maybe if you store them indoors over the cold, wet winter you'll have better luck.
