Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! We love our Oscar planters. My favorite part of this planter is the insert. With soil and plants in the container, we can still move them around our deck for some versatility. We did drill a few holes into the insert so that water could drain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Roll out the Barrel Here was this big barrel with the ability to create a garden on my deck. So, I bought 6 of them, to be able to have a beautiful movable floral display.I loved the versatility, in that I could use the planter as a storage bin, at the bottom, which came in handy in a recent clean up, or have a small planter and a larger one for tall tree like plants. The barrels look good lined up or separated at different areas around the deck. They bring color, nature, and a modern decorative look.Great look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look Bought this for a planter in a loft. Looks great in more modern home. Planter portion sits inside outer shell. Easy to move for cleaning as it is not entirely filled with dirt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted@ I was looking for something with height to plant some cool bromeliads. These are perfect and look great...half rustic half modern.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Design! I recently bought both the short and tall planters for my backyard redo. They have great design and really show off our succulents! Would def recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay These planters look really cool but they arrived a little dinged up and were not as heavy as I expected. It feels like you would need to put something heavy in the bottom to prevent them from falling over during strong winds.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Industrial look? We just bought a couple of these planters online and we got very disappointed, one thing is "industrial look" and another one is to get a "garbage can look". The quality of the products is bad too- These planters are going back, sadly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Urban Planter We have had these for three years. They have been outside year round and still look fantastic. They are pretty heavy duty and sturdy. We love the modern and rustic look. We put some bricks in the bottom to make sure they stay put. We also had to drill some drain holes to keep the plants from drowning. Overall, we really like them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Look great / need drain holes Love the look, but if it rains a lot my plants are floating in water. Can't complain too much for the nice price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect addition to Brooklyn garden We purchased a set of these--one large, one small--for our Brooklyn backyard. They work brilliantly as space dividers. They're also very light making them easy to store in the wintertime.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love the look! Bought these a few months ago for our newly landscaped backyard and patio. We ended up drilling a hole into the inner pot part to assist with draining. They look great with the succulents we planted. We plan to take the inner pot out and use the shorter one as a cooler for drinks at our next party.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Funky and modern design I bought 2 of these planters last year for my daughters very modern apartment and they look great on a patio and make for easy planting as they have a removable insert in the top. It is also convenient for watering as excess water is contained in the insert. I recently purchased 2 more planters for my own garden and am very happy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from mine have stood the test of time I bought mine in the summer of 2010 and they are still going strong! I love them, they are so chic and modern. Drill a hole in the bottom and you won't have water issues. Also, I live in New England and I do put them in my shed between November and April/May. Finally - yes, they can dent - two of mine blew over during a hurricane one year. But a few bangs with rubber mallet and you could hardly notice. For the price I would definitely recommend these. Especially if you get them on sale!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Look great, but no drain = rust Just like the title says, these look great, but there's no drain. If you drill or cut the metal, it will rust. That said, I'm having to spend additional time figuring out a way to plumb a drain hose from the insert and out through the bottom of the outer container. It's a fun DIY project, but it shouldn't be necessary.
