Perfect multi-use table
I'm using this with a couch in my "poetry room"--a library and studio annex in my small bungalow. I can set my drink and book on it, or my laptop, or my iPad, or? and easily move it out of the way. With an ottoman, I have a lot more versatility than if I'd gone with a coffee table. The color is amazing--provides a pop of green but goes with anything.
Assembly was a snap--less than 30 minutes, including unpacking and recycling the packing materials. I put it together on my desk to save my back. Just 12 bolts: 4 for the crossbar, 4 for the top and 4 for the bottom. As with any assembly like this, I position and hand tighten each set of bolts before using the wrench.
The build quality is terrific--the finish is flawless and the unit is sturdy. In addition, I appreciate the floor glides and the silicone bumpers inside the metal top.

Just what I needed
Very sturdy, cool color, went together easily with enclosed tool. Have used for laptop and eating.

Love This Table!
We got this table to keep our new mac book pro (which we use in the living room) out of sight when we weren't using it & couldn't be happier.
It doubles as a perfect snack or drink table when we have company!
Reviews that mentioned trouble putting this together were off base - we thought it was clear and simple to assemble.

Happier than expected!
If picky about color check the green in person otherwise its great. Assembly was fine, you just need an extra set of hands for about a minute. Opens & closes smoothly. Sturdy and minimal. I don't understand why the inside is slanted but it is and clearly thats how it was designed. It is as described and well worth the price. Excellent for NYC apartments!

Great purchase!
It really is super easy to put together. I am a petite Asian girl... and I put it together by myself in less than an hour. The material used is very sturdy and the design is very practical. The color matches everything that I have. Definitely recommending this purchase!

Not without it's setbacks but good nonetheless
Purchased this to have a semblance of a desk in a crowded NYC apartment. There may be something wrong in the factory because I had to send for 2 replacement tops, as they were initially defective in shape to close shut.
Normally I would be very irritated with this, but the CB2 rep I spoke to was incredibly helpful. And actually genuine in that they weren't reading "I'm very sorry for the inconvenience" from a script.
After finally getting a good part, the defective returns were easy. Assembly was a bit of a struggle, but I'll take a little bit of work for something that serves exactly what I need it to.

I love this table. I like my workspace to be mobile, so I can move this table room to room as the mood suits me. It has enough storage space inside for my laptop and tools. And I love the color and design of it ... I think it's very smart.

Great Purchase
This has been a great purchase. It is the perfect height for use when sitting at the couch. The table itself is very sturdy and good quality so the laptop is definitely safe on it. It also is a good height to use as a table to eat off of when watching tv on the couch too. I'm very happy so far.
I didn't have any trouble putting this product together either.

worst hour you'll ever spend
I recently ordered this laptop table as well as the matching media stand/coffee table. I don't know why other reviewers thought the latter was easy to put together... I can assure you, neither it, nor the laptop table were simple to assemble. I was also unimpressed by the "quick / super fast" shipping. I was charged an exorbitant amount for my packages to arrive 5 days later. For these reasons, I would not recommend either of the two products. That being said... They do look nice once assembled ...But the quality is eehhh, so-so at best.

Assembly is fussy, but no biggie
This is a stamped metal product made in Taiwan. I wish they paid a little more attention to grinding any burrs from the stamping process and the mounting holes were not tapped properly for the mounting screw hardware. At half the price I'd purchase one for myself, but this was a gift and they love it. Another nice thing would be adjustable height. All in all it's fine for its purpose.
