Great looking and very useful
I ordered this to use in my kitchen. It holds take-out menus, recipe clippings, coupons, etc. I love the way it looks, very modern. This message board has had a very positive impact on counter-top and drawer clutter. I'll never dig for a take-out menu again!
The only downside is that mine didn't come with the little silicon magnets, I got big round white ones that I find unattractive. I did get the silicon push pins though and they are great.
I'll be ordering at least one more soon as my teenage daughter loves it, and her room can definitely stand some more organization!

Super-cool message board
The tacktile is great----I bought a second one to supplement one I bought a couple of years ago. They are a sort of modern, industrial touch to something that would otherwise be mundane : )

Okay, but could stand improvement
Bought 4 of these to hang in our kitchen that has stainless steel everything and thoiught they would go well to display our crazy international magnet collection. We looked into a custom-made stainless steel sheet but that would have been quite expensive. So 4 almost connected kind of fit as a substitution for that idea. They look good and hang well, but there is some slight warping around the edges where the wire mesh doesn't comform quite perfectly. That's easy to overlook though. However, it's not really very magnetic at all. About 1/2 of our heavier magnets with not so strong magnetic "powers" don't even stay on. So we prop them up with the pushpins. Even the magnets they provide hole quite weak and wouldn't hold a larger peice of paper or a card or something. I think this could be improved, especially for the price point. if that were better magnetically it would be a near perfect product!

practical and good looking too
I had just one of these. I liked it so much I bought 3 more. I love the fact that you can either use magnets or push-pins. They don't connect super well together with the built-in side magnets. But this was just resolved by hanging them on nails in the desired location.

simple, clean lined, great for organizing
I have 2 of these hanging in my "art area" - they are perfect to post inspiration, postcards and upcoming happenings about town. i especially like they they work with and come with magnets AND pins, very thoughtful.

best tack board!
This tacktile board far exceeded exceptations. It is extremely sturdy and modern looking. Fits perfectly in my kitchen atmosphere. Greatly recommended.

ok
the tackbds are cool with the mesh overlay but mine were a little warped. overall i found them tricky to hang (no instructions and the metal clips on the back are a pain) and the magnets on the sides that are supposed to help them attach to each other didn't work. i'm keeping them because they are well priced and i haven't found anything else like them but i wasn't as happy as i though i'd be.

Good value
These look great and are a quick way to create your own artwork on the walls. I found some great postcards and can change them anytime I get board of the look.

Great purchase!
Great addition to kitchen area and perfect for cleaning up clutter. Sleek design. As described. I purchased 3 and "installed" them as the backsplash in our mud room.

Good purchase
Not too big, not too small, I love that you can use both push pins or magnets. I needed something to help organize my office and this was a great fit.

I got 4 of these for my study, they are simple and easy to install, very industrial looking. I like how you can use both push pins and magnets to protect photoes, while still being able to "stick" a task with a pin.

Great solution for my daughter's bedroom!
We were looking for some ways to organize my daughter and her bedroom. We purchased two of these message boards hat we hung side by side so she can display larger projects, assignments, or calendars.

No Regrets!
I got his item in black and love it. I use it in my office and it looks very clean on the wall. It offers ease of use and is convenient to post ongoing projects or simply memos or favorite pictures.

Love this!
I bought two of these to put by my desk and they are wonderful. I put so much stuff on them and it really helps me to keep organized, plus they look great. Was able to hang them very easily with picture hooks.

Looks like a piece of HVAC equipment
Was very excited to get this and use it in our busy kitchen, but when it arrived, it was bent out in the middle (we had to flatten it for a few days under heavy books), and the grating looks really unattractive to me.
To be honest, it looks like a piece of HVAC grating or something similar - somehow the previews online make it look brighter, shinier and lighter...in real life it's darker and dingier looking.
The strong peg magnets that CB2 sells don't seem to stick strongly to the metal grating on this board, which makes me wonder if any magnets will hold up bigger pieces on it.
I'm going to go analyze the black boards CB2 sells to see if they will suit me better.

perfect tack-board
Smart design. I love how I can use tacks for heavier items (like necklaces or rings) or magnets for sketches and photos in which I don't want holes. Easy to hang up and the magnetic sides make them hang straight together in whatever configuration you choose.

quite good
I bought 4 of these boards and am using them for photos that I used to have on the refrigerator. The photos are in magnetized holders and not very heavy, and it seems like these boards are going to work out fine.

happy with it!
i got the black tack board and i'm very satisfied with it. it goes well with my mostly black and white decorated studio. i love that you can use a magnet for photos and other stuff you wouldn't want any pinholes on.

I bought 8 of these boards for my office and made them form a square. I use them to display my work. (I'm a designer). I absolutely love the look of them, and I like the texture. However, the magnets that come with them actually remove ink from paper. A lot of my work is ruined now and ripped where these magnets have been.
