"Passages" here we come!
OMG I just recently purchased this for a FAB client of mine to fit on an awkward wall in a large living / dining space. This is the best designed bar for a functioning alcoholic! Everything you need is right there in it's place. After a few martinis I actually opened up the drawer and told the drink stirrer's to "Just sit there and think about what you've done"!!!

perfect for small storage
we bought this mini bar to use as a buffet/sideboard in our dining room. i love the high gloss finish and the storage options. we took the wine rack out for more space. it is exactly what we were looking for.

Great for the price
I love this bar. My husband and I searched high and low for a bar cart we both could agree on and weren't having any luck until I saw this. At first my husband was skeptical because he wanted an actual cart, on wheels, but once this arrived and we put it together we loved it. It fits perfectly in our dining room, and I am obsessed with the white lacquered look. Even better, my grandma bought us the white lacquer matching credenza as a wedding present. And you can't beat the price! When I tell people how much it cost they don't believe me. Awesome purchase.

Perfect Additional Kitchen Storage
I bought this mini bar as an addition to my kitchen so I could have some additional storage as my NYC Apartment did not come with a lot of kitchen storage. This bar is perfect for storing my plates, glasses, flat wear, etc. I love the clean white lines that blend in perfect and do not stick out in my kitchen.

Beautiful and functional
We bought 2 Swig Mini Bars for our dining room, pushed them together for a buffet, and loaded them up with china, crystal, and serving dishes. Just one holds a lot, and we get a ton of compliments on them.

I love it!
I saw this mini bar and it fits perfect in my living room.
It is very easy to assemble.(Even a cave man can do it, can imagine yor husband?) It has very goog quality.

Nearly Perfect
I'm a spirits/cocktails writer, so I have a pretty large liquor collection. I wanted something sleek and stylish that had a large capacity, and the Swig mini bar really fits the bill. Assembly was easy and it's made from really sturdy materials -- no worries that it's going to fall apart any time soon. The bar looks great and functions well, and I expect it will last for years without any problems at all.
I have only two tiny complaints, and neither were worth knocking a star off. One: the wine holder section is kind of dumb. If you're a big enough wine fan to use that much space on it, you would also know that wine should really be stored in a basement or cool area anyway, and not in a bar in your (presumably warm) living space. Fortunately, you don't have to install the wine holder -- it's not structurally important. So I just left it out. Second, the white finishing coat on the material is REALLY thin and scratches easily, revealing a dark grey coating underneath. I've already put a few scratches on the bar just while deciding how to arrange my barware on top of it. Mildly frustrating, but not the end of the world. Overall, I love it and consider it a really excellent buy at this price point.

Sleek & stylish
We looked around for mini bars and couldn't find the one with the "perfect" look until the Swig. It fit perfectly with our other furniture. The finish looks great and it definitely looks more expensive than the $399.00 price. Doors open smoothly. The top drawer functions well but they could stand to add some heftier draw hinges.
Assembly was fairly easy although several of the lock screws continually fell out which made for some frustrating moments but once I got it all together, it looked great.

perfect for our room/function
we'd been searching for over a year for the right piece of multi-functioning storage in our dining room. we like the swig because we have come to appreciate the mash studios line of quality furniture, and paired with cb2, we felt we would be getting an affordable, well made piece. we purchased 3 bars and use them to store fairly heavy stacks of paper and tools. the look is deceivingly simple and clean, the manufacturing far exceeds anything we have come across in the same price-point. it took a little time to assemble, but, we also added steel chrome plated legs to lift the cabinets and give them some height as well as allow for efficient cleaning. the pseudo sideboard also acts as the perfect shelf for our cookbook collection. we have absolutely no second thoughts and are enamored with these pieces!

The Perfect Accent Piece
I bought this bar in the deep teal color and love it! It's a great accent piece that also does double duty because it's so functional. It stores all of my wine and bar ware and works as cocktail central during my parties. The quality also exceeded my expectations for something at this price point!

Excellent craftsmanship, lovely piece.
What happened to all of the other reviews for this piece? Wonder why they were taken down.
We've had this for a couple months now, and it's a super piece. High-gloss, sturdy, well made, easy to assemble (every single piece is labeled perfectly, all hardware was included and fit just so), tons of interior space, smart layout, crisp/unique/modern appearance.
Considering it's a self-assembled piece, it probably shouldn't be the price it is (and shipping ain't cheap), but that said, we love our Swig minibar. We got white, as we just missed the blue; why, CB2, do you discontinue things/colors that seem to sell well and garner great reviews? Oh well.
Holds a gang of liquor bottles, stem- and barware (we removed the wine "X" as we don't keep much wine around), the drawer is roomy for bar paraphernalia, and there's adequate counter space for the preparation of many a cocktail.

Great Buy
I was more than thrilled with this find and then when it arrived and I assembled it exceeded my expectations. It looks beautiful in my living room and the functionality is perfect. The assembly was easy (and I am terrible at assembly). It took my boyfriend and I an hour to put together. They had all pieces labeled so you did not need to guess in the directions. Very easy. I am very happy with this purchase and my overall first expereince with CB2.

looks good but drawer sticks
it looks beautiful but for some reason (poor design) the drawer is impossible to pull in and out - drawer sticks so much (like you have to really pull and hold the entire cabinet still while you yank it) that i will probably have to shave down the glides with a plane... haven't had time to figure it out yet but at this price i shouldn't have to be dealing with this! ugh. very annoying.

Great Buy
I love this mini bar. It is so clean looking and fits perfect in my living room. The storage is wonderful and well thought out. It was a breeze to put together. I am not great (and by not great I mean terrible) at assembly but everything was super easy. The pieces were labeled so there was no guessing when it came to identifing parts in the directions. Would definately recommend this!!!!

Swig mini bar
Wow, what a fantastic piece!!!! Classy and sleek, this mini bar is an eye catching addition to our beach condo. It's shelves are well placed, and the drawer is deep enough to hold snacks ( like cans of nuts) as well as spacious enough.
It was easy to put together, and my husband hates putting together furniture!!

Great Mini Bar
Love the teal color! Waited years to find just the right replacement for old server. What a bright addition to the room. High gloss, sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. Everyone raves about it. Can't say I would have wanted it in white; teal fits for me.

Great, functional bar!
I bought this bar a few months ago, and have really loved it. It's sturdy enough to hold my small wine collection, full bar, and I've even moved my crystal stemware into it. Excellent storage, and clean, sleek exterior make this a must-have for anyone who enjoys having friends over for cocktails!

great accent piece!
I love my little mini bar. Not only do all my liquor, wine and accessories now live in one spot (not haphazardly hidden here and there), but it looks good too and didn't cost a fortune. For anyone concerned about assembly, it wasn't easy - in particular the hinges - but I did it all myself in one evening. Just get some good music going and you're fine!

exactly what we wanted!
We purchased two of these to fill an empty wall in our breakfast kitchen. Since we have limited cabinet space, these were a perfect addition! They matched exactly with our table (cb2's pocket white extension table) and they are great quality and easy to install (though it took awhile).
