I purchased this vase for my mom as a birthday gift. She had seen it in the most recent catalog and loved the silvery shade and the interesting, almost musculature design. Sadly, the vase that arrived was mostly clear glass with some grey/black bubbles spotted throughout. It was so different from the picture above I was convinced I ordered the wrong item. But, after checking the product codes, sadly it turns out that it was correct. I ended up returning it to CB2.

nothing like picture
I agree that this product looks nothing like the picture. The picture makes it look like it's silver-ish with some black texture. What I received is totally clear with just a few little black spots. Looks like a cheap candle votive about the size of a volleyball. I love CB2 stuff, but I was definitely disappointed with this product.

Not as pictured
The vase I received looks nothing like the picture. Very sad, as it looks nice online.
