Quality & Style Combined
We ordered twelve salad plates and I have to say we could not be more thrilled with our purchase. These plates survive the microwave without getting scorching hot, and they also provide more surface area for food then we are accustomed to with our previous dishes. The lip to the plates also make these kid-friendly and I worry much less when little hands are carrying them. There are some discolorations to the glaze, however, I think that gives the them a bit more character and charm. Overall, these plates seem to be ones that will stand the test of time. My husband even gave them a thumbs up...which is saying a lot! :) Don't hesitate & buy these gems! CB2 does it again!
Also, wanted to mention that the packaging done by CB2 is top-notch. This was our third fragile order done with CB2 and everything always comes secure and safe. This gives us even more confidence in CB2, so, Thank you!!

Awesome dinnerware, very durable. Two downsides: #1, I wish there were a small bowl option, #2, although they are technically microwave safe, they get extremely hot in the microwave and scorch food.

Great dinnerware!
I was trying to find something simple and sturdy, and I got what I was looking for! The plates are large and heavy, with a high lip around the edges. The bowls are nice and deep. There are subtle color differences throughout, giving them that "handmade" look. There are blackish marks on them, I'm assuming from the firing process, which makes them look unique and interesting. I've been getting lots of compliments from guests, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Handmade gems
Love the handmade stoneware, which goes with other handmade dishes I have, including blue glazed items. One plate has a flaw that should have been caught, but I will order more in the future. Great shape for pasta and salads!
