Exactly what I wanted
I was looking for a while for this type of shelf/ledge and couldn't find what I had pictured in my mind UNTIL I found this item. It is perfect for the space and location I placed it. It's good, sturdy quality and mounted easily on the wall with hardware provided. It even has a mark at the center of the shelf for easy placement. Love it!

Perfect Ledge
This modern ledge is exactly what I was looking for. It's also lightweight so you don't need to worry about your walls holding it. I would definitely buy this again.

Great shelves
I purchased two of these to hang side by side in my dining room. They look great, were fairly easy to hang and fill up a long wall with a classy look. Its great to be able to frequently change out accessories on them. The only downside was that the height on the two shelves was not the same and it didn't look great when they were hung flush next to each other. I just changed my plan and put an inch between them so the difference is not so obvious.

Perfect for gallery frames
I have 2 of these gunmetal wall shelves and I am using them to display several of CB2's gallery frames. They work excellent for that. They're sturdy, sleek, and I love the industrial look. They are on the heavier side though, so be sure to use anchors when hanging - I had one crash down once, but just needed more heavy-duty anchors that what they came with.

great piece at a great price
I bought two of these - I love them. They're on the heavy side and you definitely need two people to hang them (caveat - I am so not good at this 'assembling and hanging stuff' so if you're a genius at it, you may be able to do it alone). Once they were up they look amazing. Great depth, great look, they feel really sturdy too. I highly recommend them! I may buy another set for another room in my home - and I rarely repurchase items so that says a lot.

Perfect wall easel for my art studio!
I bought two of these shelves for my art studio. I mounted them a foot apart (vertically) and use the top one for my drawing board and the bottom for my drawing supplies. When I am not drawing, it's perfect for displaying framed art and vases. In a small space, it's great to have multifunctional elements!

Great statement
Love this shelf! Really makes a statement in our entry way. Paired it with some vintage ads and succulents, but hanging it was a little tricky. The holes did not line up with the stud walls in our house. That could be our house and not the product, and my husband fixed it by drilling new holes. Will definitely be purchasing another soon.

perfect shelf -- a little heavy
The shelf looks as great as I imagined it would, but I found it very heavy and a bit difficult to hang. Because of its weight, I used heavier duty hardware to hang it instead of what was provided by CB2.

wonderful wall shelf
We bought two and staggered them and put different sized frames on them. Also bought cb2 metal vases and put those on…absolutely fabulous!

Perfect Solution for Rotating Art Collection
These wall shelves are great. I actually ordered the aluminum ones first and they almost looked white (not the look I was going for), so those went back. The Gun Metal is color is beautiful... it looks more sophisticated that the aluminum. They're the perfect depth for frames or even small statues. I would definitely recommend these

Sturdy and great price
I use this to display some of my vinyl collection above my turntable. I am sure it would look great about my Vice High Dining Table, as well. Definitely worth it for the price.

nice shelf
I bought 2 of these to mount on a brick wall in my entry. They look great and have become a focal point without taking up much room. They were easy to install and are sturdy. This is a good product at a great price.

Good product, missing hardware
Love these shelves. Have two others I bought a yr ago. Only complaint is that it is no longer ships with hardware even though Internet description said it came with. Also, due to the width of these (4 ft), a template would go far in helping to get these installed level.

Modern and classy
I love this item! We put it near our entryway and put a few frames on it. The clean lines and color make it look very classy and putting the pictures on the shelf instead of hanging it on the wall make the wall look clean and sharp.
I only wish the item came with hardware.

Sturdy and sleek
Got two shelves for a picture wall. The gunmetal color looks fantastic on my light gray walls. As some other reviews mentioned, hardware is not included, but this was better for us because we have concrete walls that need anchors. Perfect!

Perfect for spaces where you want to swap out art
This art ledge is supersturdy and looks great in my kitchen. It took seconds to install with an electric drill (it's not too heavy, and CB2 send a handy template for marking the anchor holes), so it was simple for me to put up by myself. I feel confident it can hold any art I decide to display there -- and I can swap one piece for another without having to put any extra nails in the wall. Win, win.

Great product - easy to install
I got the shelves and went to the hardware store to purchase the screws and anchors to put them up. With the help of a friend I installed them this way: Held the shelf up to the wall where I wanted it to be and used a level to insure that it was even. I took a pencil and traced the round holes in the shelf onto the wall. When done, I screwed anchors into the wall where the holes were (this was the easiest way - to use anchors that just screw in with a drill). I then lined the shelf back up to the holes and drilled the screws in. They are so sturdy and strong, and hold tons of fun things. Note that these are only 4.5" wide, so you are better off with frames and tall slim vases and bottles. ENJOY! Great product CB2

finishing touches
It was hard to find shelves like these. they are fun and different and can be flipped and hung upside down, if you like. I get complents all the time on them.

Modern mantel decor
We got rid of the old mantel piece on the fireplace and replaced it with this simple shelf. It makes the living room simple and modern. The width(48") is perfect for standard fireplace. We have TV on top of the fireplace so we put wireless Wii antenna on the shelve which makes perfect placement for play.
