overview

new school. This efficient worker takes a page from minimalist old-school desks. Stances industrial on sculptural iron base with silver-antiqued finish. In smart contrast, desk/table tops out in a smooth span of sustainable acacia wood, revealing dark-to-light tones, sweeping grain and naturally occurring knots and splits that make each unique. Studious in the office, but also dines in small spaces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid desk of good materials It's a simple desk. Just a piece of wood on top of some metal legs. What makes it good in my eyes is: it's attractive, the wood is real, the metal legs are beefy, the legs have a small amount of adjustment to help when floors are uneven or if only one leg will be on a rug, the legs also have sticky rubber bottoms to help keep the desk in place without scratching the floor. If I try to wobble the desk I can get a minor wobble to happen, but it's very slight, so overall this desk is sturdier than most. Assembly for the most part is a piece of cake (see note below).Downsides? Just a couple minor ones (not enough to take off a star). I wish it were one inch shorter. My chair is maxed out on height and I still wish it were shorter. Also the leg adjustment things get screwed on during assembly, and one out of the four was incredibly hard to screw on (I had to use a vice grips). It was impossible to do by hand. And no, I wasn't stripping the threads, it just had gunk in there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite table desk I have been looking for a table to set my space to work from home. I wanted something simple yet warm and functional. I looked at many tables at many different places until I ran into this one. I really love this table, the wood's texture and color is just perfect, it gives a natural rustic character to my space and at the same time is so comfortable and spacious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and beautiful! I bought this desk about a month ago and love it! The wood desk top is beautiful. I like the simple design and the ample leg room. I also bought this desk because I want it to double as an extra table when we have lots of guests.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a modern minimalist desk We bought this desk at the end of January along with the Dylan 36"x80"Dining Table. They are both in the same small room which serves as both a "dining room" and an "office" and they look great together. The desk is used every day and has held up nicely. We finished it with a wax coating and it has kept the top looking brand new.
