overarching theme. Epic proportions by Mark Daniel of Slate Design scale almost six feet high in grey-on-grey. Subtly variegated pattern and natural texture of grey linen shade illuminate with removable diffuser to soften the light. Contrasting matte grey steel ascends three-point adjustable base that bends light where you need it as geometric sculpture. Exposed cords at joints add to the mechanics. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality and easy setup After returning an inferior light to another store, I was so happy to find this lamp to be easily assembled and of high quality. With 150 watts, it generates more than enough light for my space and the dimmer gives extra flexibility.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great lamp! Bought this light a couple of days ago and assembled it this afternoon. Nice substantial lamp, but very disappointed in the color of the shade...I bought it, as it is advertised as being grey, but not even close. Very blah beige. I would recommend it if you want a beige shade.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bigger than expected I really liked the look of this lamp at the store, so I ordered it. It was just too big for our small apartment. Not only was it super tall, but the measurement from the front edge of the shade to the back of the lamp (the lowest bend) is really long. In other words, the lamp extends far both behind the base and in front of the base, which makes it hard to fit in smallish spaces. It is also not a ton of light. If we had a bigger place I would have kept it, though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Statement piece I bought this lamp one year ago and continue to be happy with the purchase in that it's a great statement piece for my living room. Like several reviews that were on the site last year, the wood piece that covers the bottom of the lamp shade recently fell off and I am now trying to find a glue that will keep it in place. Not the end of the world, but disappointing that this problem hasn't been resolved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from attractive lamp, not much light with wood shade this lamp is great. it can be adjusted for a variety of heights. the only problem is the lack of actual light emitted. it has a cover on the bottom of the shade that's also wood veneered that can be taken off for a lot more light. alternatively, the whole lamp shade can be replaced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hinges built to break I bought this product a few weeks ago. The courier lost the package, but fortunately a new one was sent out immediately. What is unfortunate is that I've been unable to finish building it. 1. The manual was missing steps 1-2 in English. 2. The hinges wore out as I tried to put them together.I managed to figure out steps 1 and 2, but it speaks to the level of care and professionalism of this product. However, the worn hinges are inexcusable. Now after receiving this package days late, I now have to carry this huge box back to a CB2 for a refund on my own somehow.
