I am delighted to have this box on my desk, my office is white and my desk is all clear glass, so this complements very well with my decor. I love the products that CB2 has.

Invisible organization
We have 2 of the format magazine holders in our office (sitting on a desk from CB2 as well, I might add). I like that they add no visual clutter to the room. We use them to sort our mail and store papers that we'll have to come back to for some reason or another. All in all, they're a nice organizational tool and pretty much match any decor (though they look better in spaces with a more modern bent).

Highly recommended for small / open spaces
I purchased several of the acrylic Format accessories to organize my home office space, which is open to my living room. These pieces keep everything organized without adding to visual clutter. Beautiful, modern lines. High-quality acrylic. Each piece has heft and doesn't look or feel cheap, like some acrylics. Great product offering by CB2!

Happy I purchased!
Despite the rave reviews, I wasn't sure how they would look on my desk, but I'm very happy with the magazine holder and stacking boxes. They arrived in perfect condition! One thing to note, I think dust will be very noticeable on these (my workspace has a lot of sunlight), but this won't deter me from getting more items from the Format line. Functional and modern looking!

A-MAZ-ING
At first i was scared to buy these items online but after reading the great reviews I took a leap of faith and ordered this set. The set is just wonderful! All the items are sturdy. If you are thinking about buying these then buy them! Also, the items came super fast!

magazine holder should not have a lip
This is solely a gripe regarding the desk or bookshelf magazine holder because of the 2-3 inch lip (the closed section) coming up the front. That is not necessary: the front should be completely open, and the TOP and sides should be full acrylic rectangles. It should look as if you took a cereal box and cut off one of the narrow side panels, except it should be wider than that, about 3". Reason? Preventing Dust, the scourge of all paper and magazine hoarders. Plus, then you would not have to lift the items up and over, just slide them out.
Can you CB2 people pass this comment along to the Format company?

Clean and Sleek
Great collection of storage accessories from CB2. The minimal design keeps my desk clean and clear of clutter while blending in to the space.

Transparency
I only have the pencil cup, but I love it. I use it to hold paintbrushes and pens. It's great for when you get that errant thumbtack that always makes it's way to the bottom of your pencil cup. With the Format, you can actually see the thumbtack at the bottom...before you jam it into your finger anyway.

Insanely Cool
I purchased two of the pencil cups and two of the magazine holders, and they're both insanely cool. But I have to say, I'm especially obsessed with the magazine holders. Before getting these, I was about to pitch all my magazines, but I filled these two holders up, and now wish I'd ordered more -- they look fantastic. I also buy a lot of craft and art books, and they fit perfectly as well. I need more.

Cool box
I have the box with lid and I love it. I wish CB2 made other boxes of varying sizes. It looks clean and crisp and the magnets line up perfectly and smoothly to close the box.

Beautiful.
