Absolutely adorable
These bookends are adorable. The weight of each end is quite heavy, and the gold on my pair was in perfect condition (no flaking as in some other reviews). The gold color is a bit too gold (no one will confuse them for gold leaf!), but they really look super.

cracked pig butt
When I unveiled the well wrapped book ends, I discovered the rear end base was cracked! I called and spoke with a wonderfully helpful person who told me she would resend another set . I received the new set , found it to also be extremely well wrapped without any cracks! I was very impressed with your customer service ! Bravo!

love these pigs!
My coworker had these pigs at her desk and as soon as I saw them I knew I had to buy them! They are really well priced for bookends and they are very adorable. The only negative is that when they arrived the gold was flaking off a bit in little glitter pieces. It was easy to dust off though and they haven't flaked since. Love them!

I bought these bookends after our wooden bookends could not stand up to the job of holding our growing cookbook collection. The pig is adorable and perfect for a kitchen setting. Each end has a good weight and a large surface area, which hold up our thick and heavy cookbooks with ease. I'm buying another set as a gift!

Good purchase
I got these for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day, they're very solid and really cute. My only complaint is that the gold finish was already flaking off when we got them, just in fine glitter pieces. A quick spray of clear polish should fix this though.

Get ready to smile
My husband and teens were standing around the kitchen island when I opened up these bookends. They are spectacular and everyone got such a big kick out of them, very solid (will surely work with heavy books) and great size and height. The gold color is fantastic! Enjoy!

Bought as gift
I bought this little pig as a gift for my niece and she loves it! She is a voracious reader so I'm sure the little guy will be put to good use on her bookcase. I was a little worried about the gold color after reading some of the reviews but she said it was fine. Great purchase!

Great addition to my decor
I love my new pig! It adds a unique flair to my decor and the gold nicely accents my mostly black and white bedroom. However, straight out of the box, I noticed that the gold started to flake off in my hands. Nothing that a coat of clear nail polish couldn't fix. (minus 1 star for not having that fixed before it arrived) Otherwise, its a great purchase! Totally worth the price!

Terrific Pig
My first impression when I received the book ends was "wow, it's really shiny and gold". After I set it up on my bookshelf, I thought this is a really cute item and looks really good. I'm glad I purchased it. It's really my style.
