works great in a small place
I actually own 2 of these sofas, one in gray and one in orange. These work great in small apartment. very flexible and useful if someone stays overnight. Very comfortable to sleep on.

stylish and functional
bought this for our family room and it's been a good purchase. comfy enough to lounge on to watch tv, takes abuse from the kids well, and doubles as an extra bed for guests

Durable and Looks Great
Durable sofa, easy to clean, and has endured the wear accompanied with twin boys. We love the look of this sofa and it has been great for how we use it, but it definitely is not soft nor comfy and if you are having someone sleep on it I would recommend a matress or foam pad.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
Received this couch a few weeks ago and it is stunning! The orange color is as shown and it really pops in our den. I love the fact that it is firm and sturdy since my kids have taken to playing on it! We've added a few pillows to add some support since it is deep. I thought it would be too low for my husband who is 6ft 3in but it is fine. I have not used the sleeper option but I plan to buy a pillow top as suggested by other reviewers.

waste of money
It took only three weeks for the cushion support of this couch to be as worn out as the fifteen year old couch it replaced. I bought this for $1,000 dollars instead of a $250 couch because I thought it would hold up better but instead I was "held up". Don't buy this couch, it would be a complete waste of your money. The return policy for furniture is only seven days which is criminal when it comes to this couch.

Like Sleeping on a 2*4
I'm going to start out by saying that I don't own this - mostly because I thought it was awesome and decided to test it out extensively before doing so. The color is that orange that is all 31 flavors of awesome, and it seemed perfect. I mentioned my longing for this, this couch, and as it turned out, a friend owned one. I decided to give it the ultimate test: sleep.
I sleep like a rock. I can sleep on anything, this included. But there's something about a couch in my mind being something to flop on and lounge around on. I feel like if I had opted to flop on this thing I might have ended up with a few broken ribs. It's not a lounging couch....or a comfy good night's sleep couch. It's a couch for people who want a bright piece of furniture that will get used occasionally, and maybe slept on by an unfortunate houseguest once in a while. And though I wouldn't be the one sleeping on this couch, I don't wish this upon my friends or family who come to visit me. Truth be told, I ended up sleeping on the floor.
If you like sleeping on 2*4s, or are one of those people who collect furniture just to look at it or have it make a statement in your office/loft/contemporary converted whatever, this is for you. If to you, a couch is a comfy and inviting piece of furniture you want to spend time on without having most of your extremities fall asleep and end up bruised, I'd consider another option.

nice sofa/bed
had such a hard time finding a nice looking sofa that is comfortable to sleep on as well as SIT on.
this fits the bill for a family of not so tall people.

Makes a statement!
As I wake up and walk out of my bedroom, I look into the children's loft and see a bright orange sofa! It certainly does wake me up! The flex orange sleeper sofa definitely makes a statement. It adds color and whimsy to our room. It is very firm; I like the fact that the sofa is one piece (I don't have to spend all my time re-fluffing cushions!). It's not a super soft, sink-your-body-into-it type of couch. But it's sturdy, and we figure that when our kids grow up to be teenagers, they won't be making out on this couch because it would be too uncomfortable! :) Just kidding. It is actually comfortable (well, comfortable enough for overnight guests to enjoy their stay, but not so cozy that they would stay too long!). We're very happy with this purchase!

Decent overall
Decent sofa. Perfect look for my contemporary office. As it's just in my office, it will hardly get any use. It's meant primarily for sleeping the occasional house guest. Works perfect for this and looks great too.
I read reviews before purchasing with people saying this is comfortable. Really? It's like a rock. Seriously. I never sit on the couch so I don't really care, but I would absolutely not recommend this thing if it's your daily lounger. It's not comfortable in the least. I'll likely have to get an egg crate pad for when someone needs to sleep on this, but that's not that big of a deal.
It wasn't clear to me when ordering, but CB2 will overnight you a fabric swatch to make sure you like the color. This was nice. I'm kind of surprised no one else mentioned this, but the color is not really a true orange and the color correction in the product photos is a bit off. The color is more orange/red and I'd say more on the red side really. I still think it looks cool, but worth mentioning.
Overall seems pretty well made. I feel like I got what I paid for.
CB2 customer service and delivery was top notch.

A perfect fit
We purchased this sofa/sleeper to go in our office which also doubles as a guest bedroom. When in use as a sofa, it doesn't take up too much space and is a nice alternative for seating besides the desk chair. The shade of orange is nice and bright without being too overpowering. When we have guests sleeping on it, we add a foam topper to it to make it more comfortable. All of our guests have told us that this is a very good sleep.

Great and stylish sofa bed
Really glad we got this sleeper sofa (in gray). It is a great size and a good option if you are looking for a convertible sofa. Wish it was a little softer, though.

Fits right in...
Super orange flex sofa fits right in with gray rug and yellow walls! I have lots of throw pillows on it. A bit firm to sleep on but add a mattress pad and your all set.
Its a heavy piece of furniture - fabric is finished nicely.

Modern Futon! Nice Sleeper!!
We bought this for our TV room. With limited space we wanted something that would double as a sleeper for our guests. The color is awesome! bright reddish orange! I do wish the material was a little softer. As a sleeper it is great too. It is firm and you do not feel the springs through it like most futons or sofa sleepers! Its easy to open and personally, i think better than other pull out sleepers. As a couch, it does not fair as well...at least for every day use. I wish it was a little more comfortable or did have a small arm so everyday use would be a little better. Probably better for a guest room or office space in which it won't be used regularly as a sofa as well.

Comfortable but Firm
We really like the look and function of this sofa bed.
The color and fabric are beautiful. To make it
perfectly comfortable we add an inexpensive foam mattress pad and our guests sleep well. We are happy with this purchase. Its a very solid and well made piece.

a great purchase!
We needed a firm sofabed for our small guest room/office and found this at CB2.com. We are not anywhere near a CB2 location so couldn't check the sofa out in person but CB2 pleasantly surprised us by sending us a free swatch within 2 days of placing the order and they delivered the sofa within the 2 hour timeframe we were given. The sofa is very firm and the bright red-orange color is beautiful! The only slight negative is that you can't wash the cover, but we don't plan to eat/drink on or near it so not a problem for us. Customer service was great.

Fantastic Find!
Just so happens orange is my favorite color and I like lots of color. This couch came along at the right time as we converted a small room to a half lounge / half office are where I can work or lounge & watch favorite movie. Course will also come in handy when it's time to have extra guests.

love the way it looks!
The flex sofa looks amazing. The color and style are great. The only problem is that for me it's just far too firm to sleep on. It does help to add an egg crate and a good mattress pad.
