Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy and easy to clean We purchased this sleeper sofa to serve as an interim couch since our custom sectional won't arrive for weeks and we needed something to sit on. The sleeper sofa is durable and super easy to clean. We have three kids 2, 5 and 16 and I can easily wipe their messes with a little water and a cloth. The sleeper sofa even takes the abuse of my jumping 2 and 5 YOs. I also love the ease of switching from sofa to sleeper with just a few clicks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Great, Versatile Sofa Sleeper I purchased the Flex when relocating to LA, where I initially shared an open floor plan loft space. As a result, I needed something that I could fold into a sofa for daily use but also wanted something more stylish than a flimsy futon. The Flex served perfectly for that purpose. I slept on it nightly for upwards of five months so I can attest that it provides a consistently comfortable night's sleep. (In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how firm it is; the Flex most likely isn't for someone who will be using it regularly as a bed but needs a plush mattress.) The groove in the center is a bit noticeable but I never found that it detracted from the quality of my sleep.Having moved to an apartment where I have a separate bedroom, I now use this as my primary couch and, one year later, it looks just as good and solid as the day it was delivered. Granted, I've never had any major spills on it, but the occasional wipe with a damp cloth has kept it in great condition. (The gravel color also hides dirt well, I suspect.) I do sometimes wish it had sides for casual lounging, and I imagine some might be unable to adjust to an armless sofa. The variable angle settings are a great feature, though in practice I always keep it in the more upright position. It's comfortable whether you're sitting up reading or lying flat for a catnap. A few colorful accent pillows and the Flex can make a great addition to just about any living room!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Sofa for Cramped Spaces I've had this sofa for about a year now and it's seen heavy use as both a couch and a bed within my 1 BR New York City apartment. It not only looks fantastic and can comfortably seat 3 - 4 people, it's also a wonderful bed. Yes, it's a bit on the firm side, but I wouldn't want a sofa with more "give" as it would deteriorate quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Buy! I bought this Sofa a couple of month ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase, besides its great looking modern design that could be set to match any type of room, it is great for smaller places, the sofa is solid, built with great quality materials and as for as my experience owning it so far it is built to last. I recently had relatives visiting from abroad and I used it as a guest bed and received numerous compliments on how comfortable and practical it is. I've slept on it myself and had a great night sleep, although I think that it makes a great 2nd or guest bed just for a few night as due to being pretty solid if you're sensitive you could feel it on your back. The delivery of the sofa was pretty much flawless, on time a the delivery guys were super. Due to having 3 different settings including becoming a bed, it is also great to just lounge while watching tv or working on you computer and set up with a straight backrest it makes it perfect for just sit down and relax.I definitely recommend this product and for CB2, congratulations on your continuous delivery of quality products and service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional guest bed I bought this all-in-one sleeper sofa in late 2013 and it was perfect for my small studio apartment in Atlanta. Moving into a two bedroom and this piece will follow me as my guest bed and office couch. Very sturdy and firm for those who enjoy a firm sleep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! We bought the flex sofa for our office so we now have a little "conference area" with an extra bed in case we ever needed it. I haven't slept on it but I agree with some of the other reviews that say that the sofa is not "comfortable": It is not "falling asleep on the couch-comfy" but "office-comfy". It is very firm and allows me to maintain a good posture so I sometimes trade my office chair for the sofa. I can work there "comfortably" and without getting a back ache. The flex sofa is the perfect fit for us!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stylish but terribly uncomfortable! We bought this because it looks good and it fit up our stairs (it comes in 2 pieces which is great for small spaces) and into our guest room/TV room. We've had it for about 2 years now and I can safely say it is a terribly uncomfortable sofa and it is a terribly uncomfortable bed. My father actually prefers to sleep on an air mattress when he visits. It's hard and scratchy with hard angles--everyone in the family hates it. I give it 2 stars for convenience (it's super easy to fold and unfold) and looks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from not a queen We are happy with the sleeper sofa since we are using it for kids, but the catalog describes it as a queen when open. Our queen bed is ten inches wider so don't be deceived by the description.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very versatile! Delivery went smoothly; the gravel color and style are very versatile in our eclectic space. Although it is a very firm mattress, a topper works well--wish it were a true queen size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great... but a little hard We put this in our spare room and unfold it about once a month for guests to sleep on. It looks great when it's upright, and it's very easy to move and to recline. I have to put two mattress pads on it, though, to make it soft enough that I don't feel like a bad host. It's also an odd size; full-sized sheets are a little too small for it, but queen-sized are too big. But overall, for the price, and given the fact that most of the time we use it as a sofa, I'm glad we made the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Buy I've had my Flex Sleeper Sofa for 2 months, and I am very pleased with my purchase. As my primary couch, it perfectly suits my small space and multitasks well for company sleeping over. I find it a fantastic combination of quality materials, firm support that I can only imagine will wear well with time, and an accessible price point. I'm very happy with this concise piece of furniture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid couch - great for 20-somethings Bought this two years ago as primary seating for my living room. It held up beautifully over my ownership period and I have no significant complaints. All of the guests I had enjoyed sitting and/or sleepin on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for our Space We needed a modern, armless sofa/spare bed for a multi-purpose room and this sofa was the right look at the right price point. It is firm, so maybe not for everyone, but it suits us fine.
