It's easy to make purchases with your Gift Card, eGift Card or Shop Card online. Just make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. From the Payment Page, click on Use a Gift/eGift Card. For Gift or Shop Cards, enter your card number and PIN located beneath the scratch-off area on the back of the card; for an eGift Card, enter the card number and PIN that appear together. Then click Apply Gift Card.

Absolutely. Our registration program protects the balance on your card in the event that it becomes lost, stolen or otherwise damaged. Only registered cards will be protected. If your registered Gift Card, eGift Card or Shop Card becomes lost or stolen, please call (800) 606-6252 to report the loss. We will freeze the remaining balance on your missing card at the time of your call and mail you a replacement.
For your security, only registered cards will be replaced if they are lost, stolen or destroyed.

No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift Card, eGift Card or Shop Card, you can apply the balance towards your next purchase. The balance on your Gift Card, eGift Card or Shop Card is applied towards your online purchase once you submit your order. If you enter your Gift Card, eGift Card or Shop Card number on the Payment page, and then decide to return to Cart or to continue shopping, your Gift Card, eGift Card or Shop Card information will be cleared and your card will not be debited. If you're in a hurry, 2—Day Express orders placed by noon CT will be delivered in 2 business days for $6.00. Next Day Air is also available to most destinations. Orders placed by noon CT will be delivered by the end of the following business day for $12.00. Gift Cards may be shipped only to U.S. addresses via U.S. Postal Service.
