Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing and creative way to show off your travels! We bought this to mark all of the places we have been all over the world and different pins for places we want to go. It's a fun way to share with your friends and family all the places you have been. As Dr. Seuss says "Oh, The Places You'll Go"!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great way to keep track of travel My husband and I love using this globe (a wedding gift!) to keep track of where we want to travel and where we've been. We use red push-pins for the places we have been and blue for the places that are still on our list. With that said, we would never have purchased this for ourselves, because I believe it is a bit overpriced.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great concept mediocre execution Love having a way to keep tabs on my travel and have found this is a great conversation piece.Unfortunately there is a strip of tape around where the equator is that makes the globe look a little cheap for the price point. Also, it is nearly impossible to get pins into the area around the equator (so for me these pins stick out, won't go very far in, which makes it look odd). Not sure if I would buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for home office! Fun decorative cork globe, looks beautiful in my new home office. I love "pinning" destinations every time we visit a new place. Perfect gift for anyone who loves to travel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Useful and good looking I have been looking for a way to track my travels and finally found a compact way. It looks good and is a good conversation starter. I'm not completely happy with the pins and am still looking for a good replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A truly inventive gift for the globe trotter! This is the perfect gift for a world traveler. This fun, unbreakable cork globe lets the traveler mark areas of the world they have explored. Truly unique and outside the box gift! Our kids loved it!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks fantastic from a distance... I purchased the cork ball because I absolutely loved the idea. My husband and I travel quite a bit, and I thought it would be an extremely fun way to log our travels. From a distance, it is fantastic - looks wonderful on our bookshelf, and is a great conversation piece. Up close, though, it appears really cheap. I was most disappointed about the seam around the equator which is extremely obvious in person, but not visible in the photos on the site. For the price point, I expected better quality. Ultimately, we kept it, but I am still looking for a similar item to swap it out with in the future. As a side note, the first one received came damaged, and customer service was extremely friendly and helped us get it replaced. Five stars to CB2's customer service team.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A nice idea but... overpriced and you can't put corkscrews on the equator. Very disappointing since my favorite place I've visited is the Galapagos.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really disappointing craftsmanship I thought that the cork globe was such a great idea and was excited to finally get it. I am SO disappointed. Not only is the equator missing, but what isn't shown in the picture is that there is a strip of clear matte tape holding the two hemispheres together. It makes the globe look cheap and so not the value of the price point. Sad face.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great idea The globe itself is lovely and i can't wait to start pinning all of our travels! However there were parts that i felt should be better made considering the price:-part of the cork was bubbled up on the surface of the sphere (maybe not glued on tight enough?)-the tacks look cheap compared to the globe—I'm still in search of something nicer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE! My boyfriend and I love this! I leave it on my desk and every time we come up with a new travel destination we WANT to go, we give it a red pin. When we go somewhere, we change the pin to blue. It's a keepsake of memories, a talking point, and it is my favorite part of my office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Total Conversation Piece I can't tell you how many people have talked about this globe's fantastic design aesthetic. Most importantly, having the globe as a center piece in our living room has people asking about the places we've been. It couldn't be a better cocktail party conversation piece. Sure, the price is a bit crazy (I mean, it IS just a corkball), but if you're an avid traveler with excellent taste, this one's for you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Idea... A bit overpriced I purchased this because I absolutely loved the idea of a cork globe. My partner and I love traveling and thought this we be the perfect way to map out our flights and placed we've been (pins and yarn). It works great and its your typical size globe. I give it s 3 star rating because its a bit overpriced for a cork ball. and the stand looks a bit cheap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cork globe feedback I bought this a few weeks ago and I love the look and use of it. However the bottom screw into the stand was hard to get tight so it would fit all the way. I wasn't able to get it to fit as there is nothing to grip onto to screw it all the way. It still looks okay, but in my perfectionist world it would look much nicer if it would fit perfectly.
