Cielo Sectional
I purchased two of the armless chairs and the chaise for a third floor (finished attic without dormers). The scale of the Cielo is spot on--this area has a low ceiling. They look very streamlined. My teenagers watch TV up there. I cosidered a corner chair but other reviewers said it wasn't comfortable so I didn't. The units I purchased are quite comfortable (this was a big concern to me). These seem like good quality pieces. The first floor rooms in my house are formal with antiques etc., but I quite like the style of these pieces, given their intended location and use. They definitely don't look cheap. I had also checked out some other modern sectional pieces at another mainstream store known for their modern vibe, and I thought that they looked cheap, and also that they were uncomfortable to sit on. These were sectional units with a removable back which I also felt would fall off when my teens used them. They were hard!
All in all, I am extremely happy with this purchase, Delivery went smoothly (up two flights of twisty, windy stairs in an old house). This is one of the reasons why I wanted a smaller scale sectional, and looked at the pieces with a removable back. Also, delivery was free! What more could you ask for?

Versatile and gorgeous
I ultimately went with these couches because they are like sitting in a hug. I also chose this sectional over others at other stores because of the CB2 customer service. I knew that me and my couches would be in good hands for years to come. The delivery was timely and friendly. The salesperson spent a long time helping me pick out the whole living room. I love CB2! The color of the couch is rich and full (shadow)! I have owned these couches for about a month now, and they are fantastic! I usually fluff the backs and rotate the seats once a week. I have a light colored dog and a dark colored dog, and the hair does not show up on the couches. The only advice I can give is purchase the sectional clips and the fabric protection.

Amazing Sectional Sofa
I purchased the Cielo Shadow Sofa Sectional and it is fabulous. What a clever design! The chaise can be set on either side of the chair or sofa. Need a couch in another room? You still have a great sectional with the remaining pieces. A sectional should be flexible. Thank you CB2, you so got this right. Delivery was also brilliant. I received a call approximately 1/2 hour before delivery. Everything was set up and all of the boxes and wrapping carted off. Professional and courteous...what a concept!

Love my new couch!
I love my new couch. I purchased the chaise, two loveseats and the corner piece. It is comfortable, yet sleek and stylish. The color seems to go with everything. It's also great that you can rotate all the cushions.
I would not describe the fabric as pet friendly however. It was impossible to vacuum pet hair off the fabric. I got as much as I could off, then just rotated the cushions. Also, if your animal has claws/nails, they might snag the fabric. Again thank goodness I could rotate the cushions.
Definitely get the furniture clips and the fabric protection treatment offered by CB2, especially if you're spill prone like me. It has already saved me a few times.

Good but not Great
Love the color, fabric, style...but the cushions lose their shape quickly and need to be reshaped often. Good for when the kids are young and you don't care too much about damage. Not a very long term couch but functional and cool.

beautiful couch
Great couch, looks gorgeous in my living room. I"m not sure it's actually 'worth' what I paid, but it couldn't find anything that had this look anywhere else. As for comfort, it's not too bad. Overall, I'm pretty happy.

happy, but a couple minor issues
We bought this couch about 3months ago and waited to write our review so we could provide some experienced feedback. We have the chaise, armless, and corner pieces.
Why we love this couch: Made in the USA, design, flexibility of pieces, color/fabric, price. With these three pieces, you can accommodate many people.
What we don't like: It's not as comfortable as other reviews claim, however it is breaking in (partly why I waited to review). The corner piece is definitely firmer than all the other pieces. So long as you know this isn't a sectional you are going to sink into, you'll be happy. And it's not uncomfortable. Also regarding the cushions - they have to be fluffed often and the seams get off kilter and require you to unzip and muscle the insides back into alignment. Not a big deal, but kind of a nuisance.
We're still happy with the sectional though! CB2 has great customer service.

Best Purchase
Own cielo loveseat, corner and armless chair for two years in graphite. great couch, has held up a ton of wear and continues to look great in our room! fits perfectly for a small NYC apartment. highly recommended.

Small in size, big on comfort!
My apartment is too small to handle a full-sized sofa. So, I started looking for a loveseat for my lounging needs. I wanted something that looked good, wasn't too stuffed, within my budget and could fit through my doorway. I didn't think this was would be a tough order to fill, but the many weekends I spent couch hunting left me feeling like Goldilocks.
CB2 to the rescue! The Cielo totally fit the bill. It's cushy without being over-stuffed, the simple design does not clash with the rest of my living room and it didn't cost more than my rent. It also fit through my insanely narrow doorway and hall with no problem! Holla!
I will admit that I was a little concerned about the Cielo being armless, but that hasn't made it any less comfortable. Also, I think the lack of arms makes the Cielo loveseat feel bigger and roomier than its dimensions suggest. The back cushion needs to be fluffed up from time to time, but big deal, right? I've taken many, many weekend afternoon naps on this baby and have no complaints.
One caveat! You cannot use a water-based cleaning solution on this fabric. If you have pets or young children, or if you just spill stuff all the time, this might be an issue.

Perfect Fit
Style and comfort are equally important to me when it comes to my furniture. And living in a NY studio, every bit of space counts. I tried every sofa in the store , and found this one to be the most comfy. I bought the corner and armless chair pieces, to create a one-armed love-seat. It fit perfectly into my small space, maintained the modern look i was going for, and still comfortably seats 2 people. I also love the idea that I can add more pieces when I get more space.

Cielo Corner Chair
I love this sectional. I have purchased several Cielo pieces for my office in Santa Monica and staff really love them. They are comfy and versatile. I am especially happy with the corner chair. They can be used as a right or left corner unit in lieu of a sofa in smaller areas with a table in the middle. I recently matched up two corner chairs with two horqueta chairs, the go-cart 2-shelf table/media cart in cammo and two felt stripe pillows to tie in the color scheme. A big hit for the team using this meeting space.

Great Fabric
We LOVE this sectional! The fabric is beautiful - much more texture than the pictures show. The quality and comfort is top notch. We would recommend purchasing the furniture clips to hold the pieces together. Overall, best sectional we found in terms of looks, quality, and price!

Sleek, practical and comfy
Bought the chaise, corner and armless chair. Enough to have both my teenage son and I lying down. He loves the chaise. Cushions need to be turned over to refluff. Problem is with the corner cushion which cannot be turned over. Sagging > needs a lot of tapping to refluff. We had the fabric treated. So far so good. We tried the sofa in a store before buying it. We stayed there for a good half an hour to be sure it would be comfy enough as it is our main sitting area in the apartment. When you get it delivered make sure the color of each section match. We had one cushion with a slightly different grey. We did not buy the hardware to connect pieces right away but after a few weeks we went back to get them as the pieces were sliding away too easily (hardwood floor). Since then, it is perfect. Watch your feet if you walk barefoot as the metal feet are very hard on your toes...
Overall very happy with the look. And happy it can be upgraded if we move to a larger place.

Comfortable and Versatile Purchase
I purchased the Loveseat and the Cielo Chaise. I created the perfect lounge spot in my family room.
A fabric sample was sent to me before my decision to purchase which is a plus ! Quality is superb, comfort is amazing and color of fabric blends nicely with any decor.

comfy sofa
We bought the chaise lounge and loveseat with the connectors. They are really comfy, stay put and look sleek, the grey works great with the yellow and white rug we have. I recommend that you have the sofa stain treated as it really does work. I had a cut on my leg and didn't notice until I saw the blood on the couch! I followed the cleaning instructions -"blotting" with a dry cloth, no water and using a solvent (Resolve) to remove blood from fabric and it worked. Blood was removed and no visible stain was left, whew!

live large in small spaces
I have two loveseats and the corner chair in an L shape. It provides enough room for my husband and I and our two kids to all sit comfortably. I bought it in last season's graphite, which looks like the same color as the shadow. It is a comfortable enough couch. Not quite something to sink into, but not to hard. The corner section seems harder than the loveseats. Overall this is a lovely piece of furniture. We have a small apartment and it makes our living room look bigger. It is neat and modern looking.

SIMPLE.MODERN.COMFORTABLE
We bought 2 love seats and the corner piece...the sectional looks absolutely awesome..it is simple and modern and the color is really pretty...its also very comfortable...i love the fact that the cushions are reversible..i am so glad i made this purchase!

Almost Perfect...
This sectional is well-designed to fit just about any space, has a clean, modern look (warm gray color) and is comfortable enough. However, the back cushions of the sofa need far more filling and should be firmer! They tend to sink back and also require too much fluffing to restore their shape when one gets up. The sofa back in general is a touch low, too, so plan to use an occasional throw pillow behind your head. CB2 sales staff and customer service were excellent.
