sky's the limit. We've upped the cush factor on euro minimal while keeping CB2 prices down to earth. Cielo's (meaning "sky" in Italian) streamlines sit deceivingly deep and soft with the upgrade of a down and feather wrap with downproof ticking (that's trade talk, all you have to say is "ahhh" when you sit down). Fresh chunky polyester ivory weave isn't your standard-issue neutral. Seat cushion reverses. Loveseat has a seamless 1-over-1 unipillow over unicushion. Legs taper slightly in brushed aluminum. Great solo or integrated into cielo sectional arrangement.

Internet only.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A mistake The design of the Cielo is quite attractive but I regret making this purchase as the quality just isn't there. I had previously ordered the stick around chairs from CB2 and they were of high quality (I love them actually) and that was the reason I took a chance on the cielo. Big mistake. Not in the same league at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Questionable quality Rather disappointed with the quality of my Cielo sofa: love how it looked when I bought it, but within a few weeks the back and corner cushions started sagging and now it looks something of a scruffy mess. Keeping the separate components together has also been something of an issue: the metal grips that hold them together slip apart.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for small and large spaces I bought two sectional pieces from the Cielo collection over a year ago in ivory and am very pleased. I needed to buy a sectional because most couches won't fit through my NYC apartment door. When I eat on the couch I put a few throw blankets down to protect the fabric and it has maintained its clean ivory aesthetic. The cushions do need regular reshaping and I recommend getting zip ties to hold the legs together. Other than that it's a fine sectional and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfort and style. Perfect fit for a small space. I bought the loveseat and lounger for a small space in an urban condo. The low profile and arm-less design were perfect and gave me great flexibility for different arrangements in the space. I got this in white and yes--white sofa's are hard to keep clean. But it is beautiful and cleans up well. The covers are removable. It would be nice to be able to purchase replacement covers or covers in a different color to extend the life of these pieces. The scale is substantial and comfy for tall people (i'm 5'8" and my hubby is 6'1) without overwhelming the room. The clips are absolutely necessary to hold it together. One downside is that the cushions need fluffed/turned often. But excellent quality for the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best customer service anywhere!!! Cielo Sectional (ivory) corner piece and two loveseats, plus fabric protection. We're in the process of furnishing our new townhouse, and wanted a sofa that would not overwhelm the space, have a low profile, clean lines and provide comfortable seating for 6+. And it had to be hip! We have an open floorplan, but we also have a corner fireplace, a stairwell and a lot of windows, in other words, a lot less space than it looked like. After looking at dozens of sofas at every major furniture vendor and what seemed like a million swatches, (thanks CB2!) we settled on the Cielo Sectional. We purchased over the phone, without ever having seen it face to face.STYLE:Oh Yeah! This is one sexy little number. And the pieces look better in person!FIT:PERFECT!!!!! The room is 16 x 13, and the pieces are configured as a R loveseat, corner piece, L loveseat. It's the right size for the room and the perfect scale for conversation. Fits a round or square 32-36" coffee table. The armless loveseats are great for keeping the sectional from looking too large and it keeps our open floor plan open!Comfort:The down-wrapped cushions are REALLY comfortable! It's easy to be a couch tater on this one! But if you're under 5'6 you'll probably need a small throw pillow for your back, but the seat depth and height fit a wide range of people.Fabric:The Ivory fabric has a woven texture and a subtle sheen to it, and both go a long way to making the neutral color anything but boring. I added fabric protection when I purchased it, and think it's worth the added cost. The Cielo fabric is finer than other CB2 fabric (ex. Avec Tweed), so if you have kids or pets, this might not be the fabric for you. And I would make sure you take anything sharp out of your back pockets before you sit down!Sectional clips:Get Them! If you're going to use these pieces as a sectional, you can purchase sectional clips the keep the pieces from drifting apart. In fact, it's the only way to keep the pieces together. The clips are installed (screwed) onto the bottom of the frame, and the larger piece is hinged to fold under the seat when the sectional pieces are separated. Unfortunately, the other side of the clip is still visible as a small L bracket when the pieces are separated. My installers put the L-bracket portion on the corner chair, which is probably a good idea, as it is the piece you are least likely to use as a stand alone piece if you decide to rearrange. If you aren't sure how you want your layout, wait and install the clips after you decide on a final layout.Delivery and Install:We had a few issues with the delivery and install, but CB2 customer service was fantastic. The rear legs went on pretty easily, but the front legs were a huge problem. The wood was so hard the installers decided to drill pilot holes, but the drill bit got stuck in the frame and had to be broken off. They would get a screw about half-way in, and have to back it out and try again from a different angle. All six front legs had the same issue. They finally up-ended the pieces and put their weight into the frame to set the screws. One screw could not be sunk and 3/4 was exposed (hidden behind leg) when done. Since the rear legs went on fairly easily, I think they had trouble getting the right angle and enough leverage on the front legs to really do a decent job. When I called CB2 a few days later, they offered to replace all the pieces with new ones!Customer Service:Incomparable customer service!!!!!! When I called CB2 to let them know about the problems we had during delivery, the Customer Service person offered to replace all three sectional pieces and have the legs and clips pre-drilled prior to delivery. I didn't even have to ask! The new pieces were delivered within a week, and the delivery went beautifully! You can't ask for much more than that. The CS rep was very friendly and obviously incredibly helpful. THANK YOU CB2!!!!!I love this sectional and I'm very happy we went with CB2 on this one. Their customer service is unparalleled and they've made a customer for life! In fact, I'm orderig the Atomic Parlour Chair this afternoon!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Attractive Design, substandard quality Although the design is attractive, being able to mix the pieces is very functional, this sectional will not hold up. I have had this for one year.. spent very little sitting/lounging on this piece. The back cushion will lose it's shape within 6 months. No matter how much you turn this cushion, straighten it, plump it up .. . It will lose it's shape and sag. The bottom cushion will last a bit longer, however, not much longer. I do not recommend it based on quality. I love the design, versatility ... Unfortunate . .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from big disappointment I purchased the Cielo loveseat and lounge about a year ago and am really disappointed in the quality of this sofa. Almost from day one the seams began to slip and turn on the cushions and a daily turning of the cushion did not help at all. The unit is so uncomfortable that it is just not being used at all. The overly stuffed back cushion on the loveseat is different in style from the one that should match on the chaise. As it is, this large long loveseat cushion just bunches up underneath you as you attempt to sit. It also leaks feathers constantly through the fabric. It offers no back support. On the underside of the couch a piece of structural wood has slipped and although covered in black fabric is quite visible from the back. It did not come with the attachments to hold the two pieces together and it was never mentioned that I would need those. I had to order and install them myself after the pieces were delivered. All in all this couch looks very worn and frumpy with ridiculously minor use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THIS COUCH I just bought this sectional and I am totally in love with it. So much that I have been working from home. The chaise is amazing, perfect for lounging, watching tv, working on my computer, etc.Beautiful fabrics, super comfortable filings, and great hardware/legs. So happy I purchased this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dramatic Looks I work at a theatre in Louisville, KY and 2 years I bought the Cielo Ivory Chaise for one of our plays. For our current show, I needed a sectional and the scenic designer decided that using the chaise we already had and adding the loveseat would work out perfectly. It looks great onstage! The CB2 store in Chicago was very accomodating to me in allowing me to pick it up rather than have it shipped.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cielo sectional I love the look of this sofa and the pieces I chose (corner and armless chairs) work perfectly in my living room. I'm a small person so don't require a lot of padding, but future iterations of this piece might want sturdier cushions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from looks vs. comfort it's pretty and it fit in my place well b/c it's sectional (entrance way challenged). that said, it is not comfortable and a bit shallow (but fit through door). not a loungy couch - for the money, i would have explored further. i have had this couch less than a year and it's already frumpy. i don't have that many guests and keep it clean. it should be much more for the $$.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great loveseat for that small apartment. Just go for it, won't regret it.Really comfortable, two drawbacks:1 - you don't want to get up.2 - Once you decide to do it you have to make the backrest fluffy again as with the down will not go back to the original shape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfortable Not every CB2 couch is super comfortable--some are too deep, some have backs that are too high, some have seats that are too low--but this couch is VERY comfortable. Soft and cushy, but not too soft, the right height and the perfect depth. Go for it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing This is my second attempt at writing a review for this sectional. We had a similar sectional bought from another modern design store and it was just aweful. The cushions were hard and made of foam. WE LOVE this sectional because the back pillows are down and so comfy. Plus to me the down gives the sectional a more expensive feel than the other which looked almost dorm roomish because of the foam cushions. For those comments under the graphite gray that say its hard to clean, if you get it stain treated the stains just wipe right off. We boldly opted for the ivory and we have a miniature schnauzer who refuses to sit on his own bed and must be on the sofa with us. Even when he came into the house with mud on his feet, we were able to wipe clean with a damp cloth. Thank you CB2 for making affordable amazing looking modern design!!!!
