Just like it's pictured!
I am pleased with this product. It looks exactly as pictured and as I had expected it to look. Color perfect. First guests slept on it this weekend and declared it, "Great!" Far, far superior in comfort to the air mattress I had previously had for guests! Plus, it's handsome!

Sleek, stylish, and efficient
I researched daybeds/guest beds/sleeper sofas forever - I needed a comfy lounger for my office with a relatively small footprint that could also expand into a larger bed for guests. Oh, and I wanted it to be cute. (Tall order!) The Lubi surpassed my expectations - it's perfect for everyday chilling/napping but easily opens up into a spacious bed for two. The green color is lively and fun, but still neutral enough to work with many styles. Love the Lubi!

Fit My Need
I struggled over guest sleeping for my small condo. Sofa sleepers were all too deep for my space. The Lubi daybed was the answer. It's low and sleek and doesn't stick out into the room. It is easy to set up for sleeping. I haven't slept on it yet and neither have any of my quests, but it looks like it will be comfortable. You might want to put a mattress topper on the base part, but I can't say if that would be necessary or not until I sleep on it, other reviewers say it is alittle hard. I bought an extra bolster pillow and I use them both across the back of the sofa instead of on the sides. The bed is deep so you need to use some kind of over stuffed throw pillows across the back and then fill in with smaller pillows in the front to make it comfortable for seating. You have to work with it to get it comfy for sitting on upright, or it doesn't support your back, but it can be done. It works great for a space to lay down and read, but it isn't a sofa that you really can snuggle into. The only disappointment was the removable zip off top cover only has the matching fabric on the top. Underneath is a gray cheaper fabric which looks sturdy enough but doesn't match. They cut the top fabric so that it barely wraps around the top of the mattress, especially on one side. I'm worried that over time if the cover stiffs, the gray fabric will show and have to be readjusted constantly. That may or may not happen, but I beat that it will. For the price of this piece I think the top cover should be all one fabric, that way you could flip the mattress and get twice the wear out of the cover. I feel good about the purchase for me because of space issues. It's not perfect, but it solved my problem and it is very attractive to look at.

3 years and still happy
We have two of these which we have used in NY and SF. They help us accommodate guests of all ages and sizes. My brother is over six feet and he says that these are much more comfortable than many of the guest and sofa beds he's slept in. They have worn really well-- the fabric has held up over time to a lot of use. We'd buy these again.

Love my daybed
I bought this item last summer and I am very pleased with it. I use it as my sofa with large pillows and when guess come they sleep on it. Everyone that has slept there has said that it is comfortable.

functional yet stylish!
We were looking for a bench or low-profile sofa to put in front of our all-glass side window. We decided to purchase this daybed to avoid obstructing the beautiful bridge/water view. We love the firmness of it and the green color is just beautiful! The soothing green goes well with our other taupe sofa, light hardwood floor and our dark wood entertainment center! Best of all, we don't need to worry about extra guests visiting. It can sleep two =)

Great little piece
I bought the lodi in red 2 years ago as a guest bed in our office and as a cozy nook (it's up against a wall and piled high with pillows)for me to escape and read a book. Love the warm color and I made it more comfortable for my guests by putting a thick comfy mattress toper on top, if you are not young it would be a hard nights sleep. For the 5 times a year it becomes a bed it's perfect for the price.

Great addition to my apartment!
I was looking for extra seating and a sleeping solution for my one bedroom apartment - the lubi daybed was a perfect choice. I love the color, and find it comfortable without any padding when I turn it into a bed. I'm looking for some additional pillows to add so that people can lean against them when I use it as a sofa. I am very, very pleased with my purchase.

Modern Daybed
this daybed is great- comfortable (and my husband had many doubts about it's comfort level), but once he laid on it and realized how comfortable it was he has claimed it as his own! We live in a loft and purchased it to feel space,o allow more "loungey" sitting in front of the fireplace and to have the option to have an extra bed in case we had guests! it has exceeded all of our expectations. We purchased it in the green!

smart and comfy
I needed an extra sleeping space in a townhouse in Miami Beach where many visitors come. On the top floor there is a full bath, but only a small area designed for a bar area. I decided to make it into a spillover sleep area that could also double as a snore- room for you know who!I used a Lubi grey with colorful pillow and a cream nubby rug.It looks beautiful. It is also a comfortable lounging sofa for reading.

Fantastic for Apartments/Guests
We love this couch because it maintains the flow of our apartment living/dining room (unlike those huge couches that can suck up all your square footage). Our guests love it because it's insanely comfortable--much more so than any futon or air mattress. And the color is crisp and modern. Overall, a FANTASTIC piece of furniture.

Great for reading/naps/guests
After much deliberation, bought a Lubi in gray for the nursery/office/guest room. We had a hard time finding something that would fit in this small multi-purpose room and it works great. My mother-in-law spent a month on it .

Practical and attractive daybed/sofa
The Luba comes in graphite as well as the olive green. I chose graphite and have been very happy with it. A very comfortable night's sleep, and it doesn't take up any extra space.

Beautiful but not for pet owners
Love the look of this piece and the size is perfect for small space living! Biggest downsides are that the fabric is very thin and cannot stand up to a cat just sitting on it (not intentionally scratching). For the price, I just cannot justify paying even more to have to get it reupholstered after only owning for a few months. Also guests who have slept on this have complained that the lower mattress is very stiff. I have tried buying mattress toppers to resolve this issue but they have not helped. I wish i could find something that looks this good with a nicer mattrress.

I love this item.
I bought pillows for the back and it works well as a sofa. It is also comfortable for sleeping. the roll is hard but it supports a pillow nicely for lounging.

Great Piece and extra bed/seating
The color is gorgeous and the piece is very versatile. Comes fully assembled and very easy to use. Ideal for one or two people and comfortable to sleep on.

Studio apartment
This chaise is quite nice. The fabric is sturdy and of a high quality. The color is deep and even. It's easy to move. The only aspect of this chaise I don't like is the roll pillow. The method of attaching it is silly and annoying, and once it's in place you can't move it without undoing the straps entirely. Other than that, it's a very good piece.

Perfect Day Bed for Guest Room/Office
I needed a bed for my second bedroom/office. I do have an air mattress, although this does not prove to be comfortable for guests staying more than one night. I am very happy with the lubi daybed. It is light enough to move around, very comfortable, and it fits perfectly. It is solid, very well made. I like the fact it is made in Denmark as well. This is a great option for the price. Most daybeds cost much more and weigh a ton.
