clearly architectural. For Brooklyn-based designer Ceci Thompson, the thrill of her midcentury-inspired design is in the reveal. "I like the idea of having the structural components exposed and celebrated," she says. Inspired by the cross-brace construction of the John Hancock building in Chicago, this sculptural diner makes its framework the focus. A clear round of non-tempered glass floats on a base of mixed materials. Solid oak panels compose a striated effect of tone and grain, reinforced by a center cross base of iron with brushed nickel finish. Scaled compact to dine four comfortably in small spaces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great use of different materials We live in a 1 bedroom apartment, so space is always a challenge. Definitely like the overall look. Especially with the use of sturdy glass, iron bracing and oak wood legs. All 3 materials makes it easier to match a variety of styles of chairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for small spaces I bought this for our dining area and it's the best looking round glass table out there. It is just the right size and because it's glass makes the room still look large. High quality and gorgeous!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just the right size We wanted something small with a glass top for our breakfast nook and this was the perfect table for that space. We bought it with the phoenix chairs and they compliment each other very well. I love the clean modern lines and the airiness of it all. This table is of high quality and is easy to clean. The only problem we ran into was it was back ordered for over a month.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Great Very happy with my new table. It was out of stock when I ordered, so I had to wait several weeks before it arrived, but it was worth the wait. The table is nice quality and very sturdy. Glass top is thick and it doesn't budge at all when you lean on the edge. Great modern design.
