FABulous!
Absolutely LOVE this lamp! It adds a wonderful vertical element to my living room. Dimmer on the cord keeps the clean line of the arc, and allows for full room illumination as well as dim mood lighting.
I was somewhat concerned as several reviews stated 2 people needed to assemble - but that was certainly not the case. Had it together myself in about 10 minutes!

I love this lamp
It provides illumination that somehow manages to be both bright and soft, plus I view it as a piece of sculpture as well as a light. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am finding it impossible to adjust. Once you extend, it does not want to go back.

Love the lamp
It looks great in my condo. It does require 2 people to install but it was not so bad. The lamp is sturdy and looks like it's designed well.

great lamp
this is a great lamp that puts off a really beautiful light. it was easy to put together and looks great in room. i replaced the energy efficient bulb it comes with for a nicer, more diffused light. highly recommended.

Reasonable price for a sturdy buy
LOVE this lamp. It's the perfect size (hangs over our corner sectional) and I love that we can control brightness with an easily-concealed switch. I've seen floor lamps like this at much more expensive prices but the quality is on par with others in this category. Appreciate that I got to pay less but receive a great product regardless. We're very satisfied with it!

As promised
This is a lovely lamp and I do not regret the purchase. My only complaints would be that the assembly definitely requires 2 people (the base is quite heavy) and the shade is a bit darker than I thought and because there is a panel below the shade, the light is a bit dimmer than I would have wished. Aside from that .... an excellent lamp, good design and great value.

We looked at an arc lamp at a big box store and were really disappointed by the quality. We headed to CB2 to look at this lamp because the other reviews were so great. This lamp looks great, the finish of the metal is shiny. The weight of the lamp feels solid, the total opposite of the other lamp we looked at. Our CB2 store was out of stock so we are waiting for the lamp to be delivered. Can't wait to see it in our living room.

Great lamp!
I've always loved the retro style of this lamp. I absolutely love the way it has transformed the look of my living room. It's large, well-built, sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this very cool lamp.

Big Dipper Floor Lamp - simply awesome

Great design, high quality lamp
I bought this lamp for my living room and love it. It's very well made and adds a nice modern touch to the room. I love that I can adjust it to hang at different heights. Similar to other reviewers, my only complaint is that the on/off/dimmer switch is attached to the cord instead of on the pole which somewhat limits where you can put it. All in all, I would recommend this lamp.

I love this lamp. It's exactly what I was looking for and at an amazing price. Similar lamps at other stores run much more expensive. The base is very sturdy and the lamp shade is easy to move around and tilt.
I would definitely recommend this lamp to anyone considering it.
