We really like the classic elements of the headboard and footboard mixed with the modern feel of the branch details. The color is great, light and airy.

wonderful bed
This bed is so stylish and really sturdy. I had scoped it out at a cb2 store before making the purchase online. We really wanted a platform bed (no box spring required!) and this is perfect. When you assemble it, you'll see how well the slats which support the mattress are constructed.
Our old bed was just a metal H-frame with a rickety headboard and our mattress would cave into the middle, giving us back problems. Thank goodness we ditched it.
For $500 plus seamless delivery, I think this bed was basically a steal. Very happy with the purchase!

Contemporary Bed Frame - Must Buy
I've been eyeing a lot of beds for weeks, this was one of them. I kept going back to this because of the great design and the other great reviews provided.
Purchase bed on 3/9/12 and needed to have the bed come today, 3/21/12. I received a call this past Monday advising me the delivery would be between 2:30 and 4:30. Delivery men came at 3:30. First guy said hello and shook my hand then asked me where it should go. I mentioned which room and came with back with the second delivery guy; he too said hello and asked how I was doing. SUCH FRIENDLY DELIVERY GUYS NOT DEVOID OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY!
Bed came in 2 boxes heavy boxes due to the solid rubberwood. 1st box had the headboard, footboard, wood slats, support legs and tools & instruction. 2nd box had the side rails and center rail. Parts were securely packed and internally separated with styrofoam and thin foam sheaths.
Instructions advised two people are required to safely assemble the bed but I did by myself... with the box which carried the rails propping the side rails for me to attach both ends of the bed. ***I'm in my 30s and work out, so not recommended for everyone*** Set up of the bed was very easy due to the clear cut instructions, diagrams and quality parts. Completed bed in 2 hours. it would have been quicker but my dog knew it was a bed and was actually sleeping on the box. HAHAHA
ASSEMBLY COMPLETE!!!
This IS a low profile bed. The footboard hits right below the knee and the side rails are about an inch above the ankle. I only have a pillow top mattress with no box springs. It looks clean and, with how look it is, makes my room bigger than it is. I had to knock to the wood because the gray finish is so clean without any wood grain showing that it can fool people to think it's made of metal. The 'Branch' design is really a piece of art. I catch myself staring at the design all the time. Bed is very sturdy and I'm very happy that I chose this bed.
Overall, this bed is made well, crisp and clean lines is perfect, piece of functional art to induce a pleasant sleep, easy assembly & instructions, and CB2's appeal and quality. I'm sold. Don't wait until this bed is sold out to make up your mind. I'm very happy customer.

Great Bed!
We recently purchased this bed and really love it. The bed was very easy to put together, with fewer steps than other furniture that we have bought. The quality of the bed is great and it was in perfect condition when we received it.

Very Happy with the Branch Bed
This is the first bed I've ever bought for myself. I like it's simplicity, but the head and foot-board give it enough of an accent that it brings character to the room. It was easy to put together -- helpful that I had another person though. I saw that the price has gone down since I bought it, but I'm not even upset that I paid a bit more.

Perfect Lil Bed
I was moving into a studio apt and wanted to buy all my furniture early so it could be delivered on move in day. I wanted nice pieces that were well made, and stylish yet affordable. This bed fits perfectly! It is clean, very solid, and assembly was done with a friend in under 30 minutes!! I'd highly recommend this bed for anyone single person living in or moving into a studio or small apartment that was a beautiful bed without the exorbitant price. My only negative is the lack of a headboard as I tend to read a lot in bed, but this was easily solved by purchasing some firm bed pillows that I use as a make-shift headboard when needed.

this bed is awesome! solid, sturdy, no rattling or shaking. extremely easy to put together, even for the, um, mechanically challenged like myself. i put it together alone in a minimal time. the deliverymen were on-time, extremely friendly and professional!!

Great frame
This is a great frame. We just got one in a King size and so far are very happy. It is really easy to put together and seems to be of good quality. It is low to the floor-lower than our other frame- but doesn't seem to be a problem.

love this bed frame!
this bed is fabulous. SO easy to assemble. it looks fresh and modern, but not too stylized to where one would get sick of after a few months. overall, I'm thrilled with this purchase. the price is great, too!

Sturdy low bed -- CUTE!
I just got this bed and I love it. For being a platform bed it is low to the ground without being too low. It isn't squeaky and is very stable. I love the gloss of lacquer and the construction of how all the parts fit together. My one issue with it is that it was missing 8 large spring washers when it arrived so I had to wait until I got the parts to put it together. I have this paired with the walnut nightstand in my room. I wish the headboard/branch was maybe a little higher, but other than that it is perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and I think for the price it is a great value.
