How do I find a specific item?
No matter what page you’re on in our website, there are always three easy ways to find exactly what you’re looking for. Every page gives you the option to enter a Search, to Shop, or to access our Site Map. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, the catalog number, or the item SKU number into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page. You can also browse for an item by selecting one of the categories on the top of every page(i.e. eat, sleep, etc). Or you can click on the Site Map appearing at the bottom section of every page. A list of Categories to choose from will appear to assist you in locating the item you’re interested in.

How do I locate a specific catalog item?
You can type in the exact name or catalog number of the item into the Search field appearing in the upper right hand section on every page of our website.

How do I place an Order?
It’s easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart. A Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping As A Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order and you’re all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly. Why this is safe. You can also place your order by calling us at 800-606-6252.

What products are available online?
All of the merchandise that you can find in our stores is available for purchase online, subject to availability. Just go to Shop and choose from the category you wish to view. All merchandise prices displayed on our website are current and take precedence over any previously published prices.

How do I send items to multiple addresses?

Do you charge taxes?
Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped. We will add all applicable taxes to items shipped to AZ, CA, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IL, IN*, KS*, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN*, MO*, NC*, NJ*, NY*, OH*, PA*, RI*, TX*, VA, WA* and WI*.

States marked with an asterisk (*) also require a tax on shipping.

What is your Return Policy?

At CB2, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

returns and exchanges
CB2 will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of receipt and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid purchase receipt. A valid purchase receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip.

You may return any item purchased on our website either by mail or in person at a CB2 store. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the value of the item. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Store returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID and will receive a Shop Card refund via mail.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to the CB2 address on your packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 800.606.6252.

For Basic Freight or In-Home Furniture Delivery items, please call Customer Service at 800.606.6252 within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order.

important: shipping fees are nonrefundable.

At CB2, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 800.606.6252 within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
