How do I find a specific item? No matter what page you’re on in our Web site, there are always three easy ways to find exactly what you’re looking for. Every page gives you the option to enter a Search, to Shop, or to access our Site Map. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, the catalog number, or the item SKU number into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page. You can also browse for an item by selecting one of the categories on the top of every page(i.e. eat, sleep, etc). Or you can click on the Site Map appearing at the bottom section of every page. A list of Categories to choose from will appear to assist you in locating the item you’re interested in. ^ back to top How do I locate a specific catalog item? There are two quick ways to do this. You can type in the exact name or catalog number of the item into the Search field appearing in the upper right hand section on every page of our Web site. Or you can click on Catalog Quick Order and enter the requested information needed to find the item you’re interested in. ^ back to top How do I place an Order? It’s easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart. A Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. Here you can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping As A Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order and you’re all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. All of the merchandise that you can find in our stores is available for purchase online, subject to availability. Just go to Shop and choose from the category you wish to view. All merchandise prices displayed on our Web site are current and take precedence over any previously published prices. ^ back to top Is the information I give you secure? All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout. ^ back to top Can I still use paper Gift Certificates or Store Merchandise Credit as a form of payment? Yes. You may use your existing paper Gift Certificates and Merchandise Credits towards purchases made in our store.
