Our policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange.

CB2 will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of receipt and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid purchase receipt. A valid purchase receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip.

We appreciate your understanding that CB2 merchandise may only be returned in person to one of our CB2 stores or by mail. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Store returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID and will receive a Shop Card refund via mail.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to the CB2 address on your packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 800.606.6252.

For Basic Freight or In-Home Furniture Delivery items, please call Customer Service at 800.606.6252 within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order.
