Your CB2 purchase will arrive ready for gift giving in one of our shipping boxes. We will be happy to enclose a gift message and festive CB2 gift tissue free of charge with any order.

As a courtesy, prices will not be shown for orders with a gift message. Important: Please include your name in the gift message so that the recipient can easily identify you as the sender.

You will be offered Gift Messaging as an option in Checkout on the Delivery page.

holiday hold
Holiday Delivery orders will be packaged immediately after they are ordered and then charged to your account. We will hold orders at our warehouse and ship the week of November 30 for Hanukkah delivery and the week of December 14 for Christmas delivery.

Note: Orders for holiday delivery cannot be cancelled. You will be offered Holiday Hold as an option in Checkout on the Delivery page.

sending gifts to multiple addresses?
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.

Our gift cards arrive in an attractive folio with your personalized message. CB2 gift cards are available in any amount and are redeemable online and in CB2 stores.

Gift cards are shipped free of charge (that’s right, free). If you’re in a hurry, 2-Day Express orders placed by noon CT will be delivered in 2 business days for $6.00. Next Day Air is also available to most destinations. Orders placed by noon CT will be delivered by the end of the following business day for $12.00.

returns and exchanges
To return or exchange an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order. To return items shipped by Basic Freight, please call Customer Service. Pending inspection, an exchange, credit or refund will be issued for the item value and any taxes charged. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
