Can I use my CB2 Gift/Shop Card at Crate and Barrel? How do I redeem my Gift/Shop Card online? It’s easy to make purchases with your Gift/Shop Card online. Just make your selections and proceed to Checkout as usual. From the Payment Page, click on Use a Gift Card and enter your Gift/Shop Card Number and PIN located beneath the scratch-off area on the back of the card. Then click Apply. If you have more than one Gift/Shop Card, enter each card and click Apply. ^ back to top Can I check the balance on my Gift/Shop Card? Yes. To check your card balance online, just go to Check Gift/Shop Card Balance, enter your Gift/Shop Card Number and click Check Balance. You can also check your card balance when you visit our stores or by calling us at 800-355-3556. ^ back to top What if I lose my Gift/Shop Card? If your registered Gift/Shop Card becomes lost or stolen, please call 800-606-6252 to report the loss. We will freeze the remaining balance on your missing card at the time of your call and mail you a replacement. For your security, only registered cards will be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or destroyed. If you have a Gift/Shop Card that is not registered, protect your card’s value and register now. ^ back to top Should I register my Gift/Shop Card? Absolutely. Our registration program protects the balance on your card in the event that it becomes lost, stolen, or otherwise damaged. Only registered cards will be protected. We recommend registering you card immediately upon receipt. You may complete registration by phone (800-606-6252), or online. ^ back to top Do I have to spend the exact amount on my Gift/Shop Card? No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the Gift/Shop Card, you can apply the balance towards your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the card balance, you will need to make additional payment with a credit card or another Gift/Shop Card. ^ back to top At what point during my online order is my Gift/Shop Card actually redeemed? The balance on your Gift/Shop Card is applied towards your online purchase once you submit your order. If you enter your Gift/Shop Card number on the Payment page, and then decide to return to Cart or to continue shopping, your Gift/Shop Card information will be cleared and your Gift/Shop Card will not be debited. When you have completed shopping and are ready to submit your order, you will be asked to enter your Gift/Shop Card information once again to complete your purchase. ^ back to top Can I still use my CB2 paper Gift Certificate or Store Merchandise Credit as a form of payment? Yes. You can still use your paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits as a form of payment in our store. However, paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits may not be redeemed online. ^ back to top Do CB2 Gift Cards and Certificates expire? Any unused balance does not expire and remains on your Gift Card and/or Gift Certificate until it is spent. ^ back to top Will I be charged any fees if I don’t use my Gift Card for an extended period of time? CB2 does not charge service or dormancy fees for any unused Gift Cards or Shop Cards carrying a balance. ^ back to top How will my gift card be shipped? Our gift cards arrive in an attractive folio with your personalized message. Standard delivery is free of charge and should arrive within 5-7 days. If you’re in a hurry, 2-Day Express orders placed by noon CT will be delivered in 2 business days for $6.00. Next Day Air is also available to most destinations. Orders placed by noon CT will be delivered by the end of the following business day for $12.00. Gift Cards may be shipped only to U.S. addresses via U.S. Postal Service. ^ back to top What is the difference between a Gift and a Shop Card? A Gift Card is a gift you give or receive for a certain dollar amount. It is redeemable towards merchandise purchases in our store or online. Gift Cards may be purchased in our store or online. CB2 Gift and Shop Cards cannot be used to purchase merchandise at Crate and Barrel stores, on their Web site or through their catalogue.
