Love the table but how do I seal it?
Love this table and get tons of compliments. The only problem is that a little spill and it seeps through and leaves a mark
Does anyone know what product/brand to seal it with?

Great looks!
I'm in love. It is the perfect unique table and great for smaller spaces. Not as small and informal as a square table and not as big as a full dining room table. I just wish cb2 also made a matching bench. It is a formidable heft but delivery was a breeze. I'm thrilled. Buy it!

beautiful dining table
This table matched perfectly with our new loft apartment. We cannot wait to receive it. After placing our order online. A very professional representative called to confirm the order and schedule the delivery. We were provided many time slot options to select from.

statement piece
We bought this table a few months ago after being told it would take 6 weeks to deliver. Luckily someone had cancelled their purchase and wereceived our table within 2 weeks. The deliverers were friendly and helpful and put the table exactly where we wanted it. After they left I noticed an orange rusty discoloration on one of the corners of the table that takes up a good 3 square inches. I've tried to clean it off but it won't budge. Other than that I'm pretty happy with it. I use it mainly as a statement piece instead of a functional dining table as i find food spills, especially greasy ones, are difficult to get out and leaves a permanent mark. I haven't put the bees wax on top yet as i haven't really used it mucht. Otherwise the look of it is very nice and it matches a lot more furniture styles than I thought it would once I saw it in my house.

Lovely dinning table
This dinning table came in just like the way it shows on the catalog. It's modern, simple and just gorgeous!! It's very easy to maintain. Love it!!

A fabulous table if you are prepared for long wait
I ordered this table at the very beginning of November. I was told it was on back order until mid December and to expect delivery then. Around the 19th I called CB2 for an update on expected delivery as I was anxious to have the table in place for at least Christmas Day and I had not heard from them. I was told only then, that they did have it available and asked when would I like it delivered - of course I wanted the table ASAP. The table finally arrived a few days later. I was left with the feeling that had I not called, the table would certainly not have been delivered in a timely manner.
The table itself is fabulous. It arrived in 2 pieces and the delivery gentlemen gingerly assembled it overcoming alignment issues with holes for screws. They were stellar.
I did however under-estimate how small this table is.
For the space I had intended the table to sit - it looked swallowed up and lost. And I take full responsibility for not visualizing the piece with its exact measurements correctly. But I love this table and I think 2 together would meet my expectations. I immediately ordered a second table.
My only beef about the table is the very long wait from the actual ordering of the table to the actual delivery. CB2 did not recognize that had they delivered the table within the time frame they themselves quoted - I could have ordered the second table while a delivery promotion was in effect, thereby ensuring me an $89 saving.
To rub salt in the wounds - while I await delivery for the second table (ETA mid January?) of course there is now another delivery promotion.....
It was pointed out to me that when CB2 give estimates as to when an item will be available for delivery it is indeed an estimate. For which I understand. But I was definitely given the impression that my table had been sitting in a warehouse and it was only after I called - that the delivery process started.

cool idea and...
really need to create oval and round versions of this table. very cool, flex material--like the tofu of the furniture world. committed to buying this as soon as more options occur.

Beautiful and Unique
We purchased this table about a month or so ago. Admittedly we haven't really tried out how well it fairs against food/liquid, etc, but it looks fantastic. Its a beautiful piece which is very spacious for its relatively small size. We have gotten a ton of compliments on how unique and cool it looks too!

Small table
I love this table mostly because of its size and the fact that it is an uncommon material. I thought it was going to be a more creamy grey from the picture but it is more of a dark grey. I am using it in a sunroom and it fits the space beautifully. I didn't want a typical wood table so this fit the bill. It does have spots on the top but it doesn't really bother me as the whole look is very concrete with that concrete smear variations. Very sturdy. Haven't put the beeswax on yet but I will to help protect it. It is more for show than usage so I can not really comment on the wear and tear. Plus it's new to my room.

Really cool table
Love the table. Delivery guys... eh, not so much. I just found out that they over-tightened the attachment bolts, causing the anchors to come out of the base. This doesn't present a problem unless you try to lift the table by its top, something I wouldn't recommend anyway because of its considerable heft. But wow! It sure looks good just sitting there.

Alternative Use
Love it. Strong minimal piece with presence. Works well as a sideboard in the company of a traditional antique dining table. Also strong piece for displaying large flat objects such as open oversize art books and sculptures.

Cement products -- coffee table//console/dining
I love all of these products that I've seen online and in the store!!! I wish I had a bigger house so I could have all three!! Please make this in a tv console, and it's mine!!!!
