Great Gift Idea
I sent this to my brother and his fiancee as an engagement gift. I was limited in what I could spend and I felt like you get a lot with this set at a very reasonable price - I was satisfied that even on my tight budget, I was able to send something attractive, functional, and that presented very nicely. He has told me multiple times that they both really like it. I'm thinking of getting a set for myself :)

Great For All Types of Entertaining
I purchased this serving set for myself and as a holiday gift for a friend. I love having a slate board on which to serve cheese, and the dishes were perfect for dips and chutneys to serve along with the cheese and crackers. I have also used the bowls to serve sauce with homemade dumplings. The slate did not come with chalk, so you may want to purchase that separately.

Good gift
I gave this as a gift to my sister for her bridal shower. She loved it and has already used it at another party. One of the spoons was broken when she opened it but I called CB2 and they had sent new ones within 3 days. Could not be more pleased with their customer service!

Great for entertaining!
Love this set! It can be used in several ways. I bought it for my sister, who entertains quite a bit, and she has already used it multiple times. The slate can be used for a cheese board, the bowls can be used for dips (wasabi and soy sauce!). Great purchase!

Absolutely perfect for buffet table for the holidays and family get togethers. Individual pieces also great for everyday use.
