Very nice with a few things to consider
I bought these chairs for my kitchen table. Love the look and they are very sturdy and heavy and well made. A few things to consider if you plan to use them at a kitchen table (especially If you have kids) - I need to clean fingerprints off them daily, and the legs of the chairs stick out a bit on an angle which cause people to bang into them if you're not paying close attention. They are so heavy that although they have small plastic protective coverings on the feet, I do wonder if my wood floors will ultimately be damaged over time with the chairs sliding back an forth. I realize that I may not seem pleased, but I am. Love the look and they are well made, wouldn't hesitate a bit to use in a dining room or for use with mostly adults who won't leave fingerprints everywhere.

Distinctive and stylish
This was easy to put together. I'm using it as a desk chair for an old mahogany desk and they look so beautiful together. This chair isn't about comfort, it's about looks. It's not uncomfortable to sit in, but it is hard and it's not a lounging chair. I love it so much.

modern, stylish chairs
I would recommend these chairs completely if you can afford them. They are just a bit lower than my dark wood table and complement it beautifully.

sleek!
I purchased two of these chairs to modernize an old table that I refinished of my grandmothers. They look awesome. Arrived exactly as described and add the shine without the color, just what I was looking for!

Loved these chairs
I bought 2 of these chairs to go with the blox table, but wound up exchanging them for the contact stools for a different look. I loved these chairs, they looked great with the table-very shiny and sexy! . They were sturdy and very easy to assemble. The only downsides would be fingerprints-although easy to clean, possible scratching, and cold when you first sit on one...I would recommend-(and possibly purchase) these chairs!

Great sturdy chairs!
I know they recommend not talking about info that subject to change, such as price, but I can't speak on this chair without touching on price. The fact of the matter is, these chairs are expensive. There's no doubt about that. And I don't think that's going to change.
That said, you're getting what you paid for. These chairs were a wonderful addition to my dining setup. Once I set my sights on these it was hard to break away. The price began to scare me after further thought. But after searching high and low for a more affordable alternative, I gave up. Confessing that simply nothing else measured up in comparison.
I really did try to find other options. But you'll be hard pressed to find a chair that's as heavy, stylish, and unique as this one. Six months later, and I don't regret my decision at all. It was an excellent purchase. They're a little on the hard side, but what do you expect when you get a steel chair.
I bought four, and love these things! So stylish!

very strong very stylish
this chair was assembled in a few minutes and looks great. It also is the only dining chair that would support a larger person, I was a little worried that a particular friend might be too heavy for it (400 lbs +) but so far so good. its really strong.

I really didn't want to spend quite so much on dinning room chairs, but they look great with the Blox Table I also got at CB2.

Sooo happy with these chairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Read a great review on the design of these chairs and took a chance ordering them sight unseen. I am not disappointed for they are sleek and stylish and comfortable to sit in. The seat is very wide and deep which is great for my tall bod. It was not as comfortable for my petite friend with shorter legs. The curved back hits me just right and supports, but you can tell from the design these are not chairs to lean back and lounge in. I use them in my casual dining area so they are perfect for an hour's family mealtime. They are completely sturdy and the square plastic feet inserts move on my bamboo floors without scratching. I just can't take my eyes off their stunning and shiny little presence around my table -- love them!
