Modern and Slick
I bought two chill media consoles two years ago they have worn very well , they still look like new. Putting them side by side gives you a nice look without having a custom piece made. We get lots of compliments and often people think they are from a more expensive european store. We are very happy with our purchase , practical with style and affordable .

Form meets function :-)
The unit looks looks great beside my fireplace, love the hi-gloss look, but functionally I love it more, cords are hidden, deep drawers provide tons of storage and while some folks may need 4 slots for the various media pieces, the 3 slots are perfect for me. Could have put this together myself but much easier with 2 people for some of the steps.

Looks nice and works great
We have tv sitting on top, components in the shelves, and accessories and toys in the drawers. Looks clean, seems durable, and serves its purpose well. We purchased with a cb2 gift card, otherwise would have said cost is too much.

Awesome and stylish
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we came across this media stand at CB2. It fit our dimensions perfectly and were so pleased at how easy it was to order and have shipped to us. Construction was straight forward and it completely lived up to our expectations!

Perfect Console for My Condo
I needed a console for a condo, and this worked out perfectly. It is very well constructed, solid, and much more substantial than products from some other places. Assembly was easy (just be sure to take your time.) Also, be careful when adding the top (get another person to help guide the top cams into the holes. I missed and nicked off a small chip on the edge of the casing.) One thing I love is that on my wood floor, the unit slides so easily. This makes it super easy to get in back to connect wires and electronics. The only thing that bothered me was the amount of styrofoam that was used to pack the pieces. It took forever to break them down and dispose of. I have seen other furniture packed a little more eco-friendly. Otherwise, great buy!

Great product for the price!
This piece is attractive, and it was easy to assemble with the help of one other person. I did have to call for assembly assistance at the end, because the drawers would not close all the way. Apparently, the first time you really have to push hard to close the drawers. They should add that note to the instructions, but that was the only issue. The size is perfect.

LOVE IT!
Bought this for our daughters room and couldn't be happier with it. It's beautiful, sturdy and perfectly high gloss white for her mod room.

lovely
My 18 year old son and his friend put this console together, and it took some time, but it was well worth it. It is a stylish, solid beautiful piece of furniture that reflects light and brightens the entire room. Looks more expensive than it is.

quality media console
we love this product AND we were able to take advantage of the sale price. it took a bit to put together but it was worth it! the quality is much better than i expected since some consoles can run up to $500+.

Great value
This console looks great in person, much more expensive than it is. The storage is wonderful, especially in a small space. The one downside is that the construction is a little tricky. Bribe a friend to help you. It's worth it!

Great, Solid Piece of Furniture
I put this console together on my own (female, 145 lbs- not really sure why this is important). It came in two relatively heavy boxes, but I was able to move them on my own and put this together on my own. It took me approximately 2 and 1/2 hours. It wasn't overly complicated, although I didn't realize that one drawer is specifically a right drawer and the other the left.
Once put togehter, I was so pleased with the piece. It is very solid and heavy. The lacquer finish is great. The drawers are pretty big and fairly deep. The spaces for the media components are a great size. One cubby fits both my dvr and cable box. The other two will be used for more decorative pieces. It is low, which I realized when purchasing, but I'm placing some floating shelves over it. I found this piece to be relatively well priced, so I could not be happier with it.

Chipped
I ordered this online and it was delivered very quickly. In 1 or 2 days. Good quality TV/media stand with 2 minor problems. One door came in slightly chipped. I dont think this occurred during delivery since the packaging seems pretty sturdy. And one screw broke. I wish there was additional screws. So my stand was assembled with one missing screw. Still works but not perfect. Because I had this delivered and was in a hurry to assemble this, I did not bother returning. How do you return and ship two large open card box of heavy wood each weighing 30-40 pounds?? I liked the stand overall but was disappointed with the imperfections. CB2 failed me this time. Always had good results with them.

Great Modern Media Console
We got this media console because we wanted something modern and clean. It looks awesome. We mounted our TV above it and hung white cabinets above that. It has that very modern 'floating' media center look. Great quality! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect.
I moved into my first home with absolutely no furniture, and this item was at the top of my list of things to purchase. I know quite a few of the reviews mention difficulty in putting this together, but I did it by myself and had no problems. It took a while, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. The chill console is sleek and minimal, and perfect for my place!

Excellent product
We went to see this in the store and really liked it. Although we're fairly un-handy, we took a chance that we could put it together and were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to do. The drawers roll out and back nice and smoothly and the piece looks great overall.
My friends in other large cities are very jealous that they don't all have CB2 stores too. Lots of market out there waiting to be tapped, CB2!

Great Purchase!
This entertainment unit is perfect! It goes perfectly with our modern decor and gives us plenty of storage. It also looks like a very expensive piece!

Great addition to my living room!
Ok, I admit, I was upset when I found out I had to assemble this myself. BUT......I DID IT! AND, I did it all by myself! I weigh 105 lbs and I did not have anyone to help me assemble it, however, I am one super diva because it CAN be done and I am living proof of it! It took me about two hours to put it together but the instructions are clear and I did not have any issues at all. It would have been nice to have someone to help but I didn't so I tackled it and so glad I did! The piece is beautiful, works great, in pristine condition and fits my condo living room perfectly! VERY VERY happy and patting myself on the back Thank you Very Much! :-)

More Colors Please?
Overall, I am pleased but we'll see how it holds up. Here is my plus/delta:
+ "Piano white" paint has a cool look to it.
+ I use the storage drawer for CD/DVD cake boxes. I cannot stack them, but the drawer could fit many CD/DVD cases.
+ The unit is relatively easy to assemble. I put it together myself and it took between 45 to 60 minutes - could potentially be less with help.
+ The width is about equal to my 42" LCD so the sizing seems appropriate for TVs 42" and smaller.
- I would have preferred two smaller drawers over one large one. Also, drawers with more depth would have been nice - maybe reduce the height of the receiver/DVD player spaces?
- You will need help to move the shipping box esepcially if you live in an apartment/loft building (read: use a cart). It weights about 108 pounds.
- The height of the unit is slightly tall if you have low furniture.
- I would have liked to see this media console offered in more than just white.

Great but missing pieces
I bought two to fill an entire wall and neither of them had the cord cutouts or the tunnel to funnel the cords. On the directions it says to purchase separately. That was a little disappointing since it was such a selling feature. Overall good pieces, had them 6 months, just wish I would have known about cords.

solid modern media storage
This is a great solid piece. It looks great in our modern space, and the white lacquer really pops in front of a dark grey wall. This would've received a 5 if not for the ridiculous effort needed to put this thing together. But in the end it was worth it!
