Great sofa
I had to furnish a basement rec room where my 2 kids and their friends spend a lot of time. These couches are super. They are comfortable, durable and look surprisingly stylish.
Hint: having 2 of these makes it even more fun, you can push them together to make an awesome day bed, perfect for movie night or snuggling up with a book. In face, my mom loves the 'bed' format so much she prefers to sleep on it rather than in the guest room.

Love It!
The seat is nice and firm which is how I like it. The side cushions are nice and comfortable and make perfect pillows for lounging and reading the paper. The cushions have been holding their shape so far. The texture is a bit more coarse than I expected from the web site but not a big issue.

LOVE!!
We love this couch so far! Sometimes we take the back or side cushions off to make more room for snuggling and the couch is super comfortable. The seat is a bit firm, as other reviewers have mentioned, but it hasn't bothered me, especially since the side cushions are so soft. It's been holding its shape just fine so far, which is the one thing I was worried about. The arms are wide and perfect for setting my laptop on while I sit. Our dog also loves to perch on the back and look out the window! It looks great, but I would say that it is more of a light gray than how the color looks on the website.

Super Stylish!
I've had this couch for just under two years now. I like it, but I'm not fully in love with it. It doesn't help that my cat has used it as her scratching post, but its really not that comfortable. It works and it looks great, but its nut super cush - the seat part is pretty firm. As other reviewers have said, it does work very well as a bed too for guests. I do love this couch though, I love the fabric, and the overall look of it. I did not see it in person before I ordered it though and I'd recommend seeing and sitting on it before you purchase.

Great for the first 3 months!
Let me start by saying I am a bit OCD and take pride in having a very tidy loft. No kids. One small dog. In other words, I'm dainty with my furniture. Fabric looks pilled and worn after less than a year. Cushions are lumpy and lose their shape almost immediately after you sit against them, requiring constant fluffing and reshaping. This sofa has now become a running joke in our home, as it is something we couldn't GIVE away at this point. One of those times I wish I had purchased my sofa at another retailer (who shall remain nameless)...as they would address the problem or replaced the sofa. I've dropped a small fortune at CB2 and have loved pretty much everything else I have purchased from there, but this sofa may be my last purchase with CB2. Very disappointed.

Love It!
We have loved this sofa from the day it was delivered. Only warning is that it was difficult to fit through the door way even though we measured in advance based on the online measurements. Delivery guys said they had been delivering this same sofa all day and had the same issue at each location.

Very comfortable sofa
I do not own this piece, but have spent some time sitting on a couple different ones. What I like about it is that it offers a lot of comfort for various states between sitting upright and lying down (nice for watching movies), and it's soft being too soft-- I hate that feeling of sinking down into a gooey couch.
The only drawback for me is the size, since I have a very small apartment-- this would otherwise be on my shortlist for sofas.

Excellent choice
We've had this sofa for almost two years and it still looks great, has held its shape and is used daily by at least one cat and one human. No pilling of the fabric, which is very chic. Just vacuum and fluff up the cushions once a month or so and its like new. Another use - this makes a great guest bed - remove the cushions and scoot up the seat cushion filling in the gap with one of the back cushions - its gotten great reviews from guests.

Horrible Fabric
I loved the looks of this sofa online and decided to buy it because of the great reviews (which are no longer on here). The sofa has a large footprint, but because of the thickness of the cushions, it really doesn't have room of more than two people to sit comfortably on it. Also, the fabric is falling apart after only having it for a few months. I have cats (declawed) that like to sleep on the arms and the fabric has started to fray where they lay. It looks horrible. I'm noticing that the seat cushion is already starting to do the same and I really don't sit on it that much because I find it uncomfortable. The cushions are VERY firm. As the arm and back cushions are starting to soften they are losing their shape and starting to look bad.

Still loving it
I bought this sofa a year ago. AND STILL LOVE IT. The only reason it did not get 5 starts is that the fabric tends to get pills on it from time to time, but it still looks great!

Dangerously comfortable sofa
Since purchasing this sofa, all other seating in my house has been sadly neglected. This is the most comfortable sofa I have owned. The side and back cushions provide perfect support for lounging, reading, watching movies. Bonus: it's super stylish.

Modern Snuggle Room
Let me start by saying that our entire loft is furnished by items from CB2. We are totally addicted and have been since they opened the doors here in Atlanta. My favorite purchase has been the Bolla Sofa. Esthetically, it has the clean modern feel and can blend with any piece. Then there is the coziness factor. We have three small dogs and have found it difficult to get all of us comfortable when watching television. Well this has been our ultimate solution, we find so much joy in our Bolla sofa.

Great Company Couch!
I purchased the Bolla Carbon Sofa several months ago. It fits into my space perfectly (and is flanked on one side by several CB accents :-)! I love the color: it's holding up to my white (!) cat as best it can; both color--and texture-wise. I recently had a dinner party (and actually asked my guests to "review" it): "A great couch: comfy and just right for chatting" was the general assessment. I've also owned CB2's acrylic console since 2010; it's my writing space...and always garners compliments. Great products at affordable prices--thank you :-)!

Comfy and great-looking
I have had this couch a short time, but it is quite comfortable and very handsome. I love the fabric (a black/white speckle that looks grey). I like the feel of it as well. The swatch came overnight, and the delivery was within a few days (much earlier than projected). The guys were perfectly on time and very nice.

Solid
My Bolla sofa arrived yesterday. It is gorgeous, solid, great design. However, the seat is super firm. It is comfortable for a hotel lobby, not a grab a book or watch a movie kind of comfy. Although I put that I would recommend this product, I based that on looks alone. Had I sat on this sofa in a CB2 store, I doubt I would have bought this sofa. I'm not returning it because it's beautiful and I'm really hopeful that the seat will loosen up over time.
Customer service was super. The product is exactly as described. The fabric is really nice black and white tweed. I love the flexibility of moving the cushions around. Without the cushions, the seat is easily a twin bed for guests. To me, this sofa is huge, maybe it's just the big boxy frame. Great price.

Someone built this couch not only to be seen, but to be enjoyed. Whoever designed it created back and side pillows are the perfect height and firmness for resting your arms, book or drink in hand. They must have also known that when you take the back pillows off and put them where the side ones go, it practically turns into a twin bed. It is firm, but comfy for sitting or lounging. The fabric is textured enough to make it interesting to touch, but not overly rough. And for me, the best part is that since it is grey and black and white, my dog's hair does not show up AT ALL. And it looks great. Winner all around.

Wowed!
I purchased this couch untouched and unseen in store, but relied solely on the website's rave reviews and it was well worth it. The fabric is a little rougher than anticipated, but after only a few short months, the sofa is well broken in and perfectly comfortable for a lounge about day. I love repositioning the cushions. I rarely have them in their true formation. The versatility of the cushions is an added bonus as well as the depth created once rearranged. I'm in love!

good lookin' sofa
purchased the sofa about 5 months ago. medium use with the occasional hangover sleep session & still keeping its shape well. totes recommend.
