Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not functional I liked this table, the structure and the wood are qualitative. However, it is not very functional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stilt High Table is Great This table is the best place in my home. I bought this table along with several Flint Steel Bar Stools. I placed it at at window that is a few inches higher than the table that overlooks the city and a couple major commuter trains. It makes a great place to host friends for a drink or a nice office space with a lap-top on it. Would highly recommend the table! The materials are great, the assemblage is sturdy, and it's easy to keep clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Marvelous Table The table top is a joy to touch and feel: I never considered that wood could be so soft. I was concerned about the durability of the wood, but aside from a few inconspicuous water marks there isn't any damage to it in a fairly careless environment after six months of use. It works well paired with a couple of Charlie bar stools in a small New York City kitchen, both as a prep surface, a dining table, and an occasional office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Table Pricier than I originally wanted to pay but now it's been one of my favorite purchases from CB2. Great modern look, sturdy and versatile with the option to add another for a larger space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Low Price High Style Easy assembly, great quality table for the price. Looks are just the beginning. Out of the box this table adds sustainability and a great dining experience on a small space. Get the stools too - it makes for an all around eating and entertaining spot. Bought this for a new condo after shopping at all the usual brick and click places. Solid buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Modern Perfection Pub table are everywhere and almost always have the same bulky old fashioned look. Or they go uber kitschy and tacky. Not only does the Stilt High table manage to feel modern but classic, it is also an amazing height. Most that I looked at were not at all the dimensions I wanted but this fit the bill perfectly. In addition it lends itself to many different styles of stools to accent it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking table It's a nice looking table although like the other reviewing wrote the wood should be sealed. Delivery was quick. My brother put it together for me and he is good at that so I cannot comment on how easy or difficult assembly is - also love the height - I had been looking for a high table for a while and this one fit the bill for the space I have

Rated 5 out of 5 by from dinning high Not much has been said about this table so far. Let me see if I can expand.....I just recently moved into a new apartment and settled on the stilt high dinning table to fit my dinning table/bar/work needs. I eat at this table, I drink at this table, even sometimes have meeting on this table, and do some work on my laptop in the mornings on this table. My new apartment has kind of a funky shaped dining area just outside of my kitchen where its a bit narrower and longer than I'm used to. A traditional round or square table was just not going to work for this space, yet I've always been a fan of high top tables at bistros and cafes. Thats where this table comes in. If you are tight on space, the stilt high dinning table makes perfect sense.Further more, I have mine matched up with two flint barstools (CB2), which tuck perfectly under the table to save on even more space, and two refinished midcentury bar stools with backs. I wish I could upload a photo, because this makes for a really sharp looking combo. More importantly, there's plenty of room to have a dinner and drinks with four adults comfortably.Aesthetics: I love the metal and mango wood mix, as it comes across very dramatic, yet still inviting...much like a high table in a Manhattan gastro-pub. I never used to be much of a placemat guy, but for some reason, I can't resist throwing down a placemat before I eat now, because everything you put down on this table just contrasts with that mango wood so dang well. I receive all kinds of comments on this table.....people really like this piece.Build and Assembly: The assembly on this table is super easy. All you really have to do is bolt the legs onto the top with the provided hardware and alan key, and have somebody help you flip the table over once you've tightened everything down. This takes 10 minutes max. It is so easy a child could do it...(though I don't recommend the use of your nephew as child labor). For as high as this table sits, it is actually very sturdy and can easily be adjusted with the floor levelers on the bottom of the legs if you have an uneven floor surface. Finally, the top wood surface on my table is great. Its seems to be sealed properly with most likely a water base sealant and is very smooth to the touch. I can't say that I've experienced any of the other issues some of the previous reviewers have had with the wood top, though its very possible that those could be older reviews and CB2 has now addressed and fixed any issues.Again, another great value from CB2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Industrial look Really wish the Pocket Dining table that looked just like this would come back. Super nice quality, good weight. Just don't really like sitting on counter high chairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mix of modern and industrial - Simply beautiful! These were my requirement before purchasing this item: Pub-height, metal frame with a mix of modern and industrial design touch to it. This table is fabulous and perfect for my small studio! Sturdy, beautiful and super easy to assemble! I totally recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great table Table shipped with nothing missing or damaged. Assembly was simple and tools included. Table looks great. After about 6 weeks the tabletop started to show cracks where some of the wooden planks had separated. Dry NYC air wouldn't have helped. After one phone call a replacement top was with mi in 72 hours, no questions asked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous table, nice size I bought this table recently for my apt in NYC. It is stunning. The contrast between the wood and the metal is so nice. We receive a lot of compliments and it is really a perfect size and height if you are looking to conserve a bit of space. Overall great purchase and appears to be more expensive than it was.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for price, but wood is not sealed! I have owned this table for two years. Every guest compliments the look, height, and stability of the table. I change out my table top decor a few times a year, and every color and material looks great on here. Whites, metal, orange and yellows, and even other variances of wood. However, I did have to coat the top 3-4 times before using. The wood is VERY raw and you can scratch off pieces with your fingernail! Make sure to coat it or cover with plenty of napkins and/or placemats. Even today, you can see the tiny scratches a plate makes. While I love the eco-friendly-ness of the table, I wish it would have been sealed with at least primer.
